There seems to have been major change at this location (and maybe Starbucks in general?). I stopped coming here months ago because it was unorganized and slow. The manager was also extremely rude to the employees every time I was there. However, we decided to stop by today and it was totally different. Drinks were served in actual glasses. Food was on real plates. The bacon on my double smoked sandwich was evenly distributed (this was once thought to be impossible). I’m not sure what happened here but it’s a complete turn around. The service was also amazing. Employees were nice and even brought our food out to the table. If you haven’t been in a while, give it another go.

Extremely disappointed. I spent 20 minutes trapped in a 6-car line before giving up. If a business is going to charge premium prices (~$6 after tax for a latte), they need to provide at least basic levels of service and speed. Total waste of time.

This place.. I don’t know why this location is like this but anytime I come here they never put the correct amount of pumps of syrup that you ask for.. the one I always go to is always great and always on top of that they just happened to be closed for a few days so I had to come to this location The first time I asked for seven pumps of pistachio syrup in my coffee they gave it to me and it taste like there was nothing at all in it then instead of giving me the side of syrup so I can add it. They remade it so I had to sit there longer. Then the second time they handed it to me. It tasted like maybe one or two pumps I get the same thing every single day so I know what it taste like… If I if I’m paying for extra syrup pumps or whatever I should get what I ask for. I will not be back to this location. This location sucks…. Im not paying for almost 8 dollar coffee for it to taste like crap… Questioning myself, why even bothered tipping these people…

This is a nice and clean location but avoid the drive through at ALL COSTS….its so slow and if another car pulls in behind you you are TRAPPED for however long it takes. It took so long for a drink and a breakfast sandwich that my phone died and I seriously considered abandoning my car, trapping a pigeon, and training it to deliver a note to my wife letting her know I was still alive. Staff is at least friendly though.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an espresso and asked for a little milk on the side, but I was told I’d be charged almost $4 just for a small amount of milk. That felt unreasonable. When I went inside to add milk myself, the milk station wasn’t fresh or well maintained, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on this visit.

This is the most incompetent Starbucks in the region. We normally go to one closer to home, but we had to be in the Harrisburg area today. I still suggested to my wife going to the usual one because they’re great, but she suggested going here. My reasoning in the first place was because I remember how bad this one was in the past. We come here in the fall because we go to a bar to watch football games.
Sure enough, they screwed my wife’s drink up. She was just going to keep it because she knows how slow this place is, but after she tasted it, she couldn’t drink it and had to get a new one.
When I saw my drink, I immediately knew it was wrong too. Meanwhile, the food she ordered it turned out they were out of it, but they didn’t tell her until about 15 minutes later. And my order which was just a coffee cake not heated still wasn’t out there even after my drink was remade. I had to ask the barista for it.
This Starbucks should be closed for at least a month to train people how to do their job. If it’s still as bad after, they should shut this location down.
It’s consistently the most incompetent Starbucks I have ever visited. That’s the only thing that is consistent.

No lavender in this drink. It’s ordered and typed correctly. Sent my coworker so very disappointed when he brought it to me. Not worth the drive back either but just to make it aware and do better! Not the first Starbucks that’s cheap with their lavender. But truly this one did it, there is none in it

I placed a mobile order at 12:30, arrived at 12:40. I waited nearly an hour in the drive thru line before getting my 2 basic drinks.
I would have left, but that’s impossible due to the layout of drive thru. I was in the car with my two girls, and one needed to use restroom badly.

I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. My I get the same drink majority of the time and it’s NEVER the same and it’s so simple also they need a new mic in the drive thru because you’ll get your drink and it’ll be something completely different written on the cup or they’ll repeat your order wrong multiple times over the speaker I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business
