The woman that you have working here is extremely rude. We sat there for 10 minutes in line while she just sat on her phone scrolling. Then she looked up and would not acknowledge us. she took 20 minutes to make a coffee that should’ve taken five minutes. this is some of the worst customers service I’ve ever experienced. she was working today, August 18 at 4:50 PM by herself last time we came here. She was just as terrible. The only reason we came back was hoping someone else was working. We will never come back again to this location.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. On top of that they always make my order as I’m sitting or just arriving after I’ve already preordered 20 mins prior for this inconvenience they continue to do. Preorder so I can walk in and grab but I always sit for 10 mins.

It’s being two times that we order our drinks in this location and the barista doesn’t know how to do it! He doesn’t have any clue about making your drinks! Is always wrong. He make the wrong size and the drinks isn’t right . Doesn’t taste the same. We have to tell him what size we want and how to do it. You should training your baristas better. Is the last time we order in this location.

I really appreciate good customer service!! Today my daughter and I were in Harris Teeter, Harrisburg and the barista that helped us was provided exceptional service!! She was kind to my daughter and asked if we were sharing the Carmel Apple cider, I said yes and she offered a small cup so that my daughter could have her own cup!! Thank you so much for the service, small things matter most to me!!

Been here a few times. Always something wrong. This time, the girl made my drink wrong and when I politely asked for some foam on top, she told me I didn’t ask for that which is why she didn’t do it. However, I specifically asked for that. In addition, I stood there an extra 5 min after she gave us our drinks as she forgot to make our breakfast sandwiches. I’m a HUGE Starbucks drinker, with an average of 4500 stars at any given time, so you know how often I go. Pretty much everywhere I travel. By far, worst Starbucks.

Ordered two cheese danish, only had one up front so guy went to get another one from their freezer storage I’m assuming, and when I went to bite into it it was still frozen! Also asked for an extra shot of espresso and my coffee looks the same as it does without the extra shot. Pretty disappointed with my experience.

I was just here. Ordered a cold brew with cocoa foam at around 9:45am When I got my cold brew with foam, the foam is basically all mixed up with the coffee already. I was waiting there and I didn’t order ahead. Alysson who is there with McKenzie, told me that that’s how almond milk is, it’s very hard to make it foamy. Said she can make me a new one but it’s going to taste the same, and she cant guarantee the foam won’t get mixed up with the cold brew.

It took 15 mins for some one to sit up. Only 2 other couples in room. Sat by window service was ok. Waited 15 to 20 mins for my receipt to pay bill.
