Sara (who usually works drive through) is the most pleasant and helpful individual. She is very personable, kind, and efficient. I always hope she’s working when I stop by. (Praying for her and her surgery!) Unfortunately this morning 1/14/26 the young man in the drive through got my drink wrong, when I noticed, and asked about it I was lied to about it being correct. But upon leaving, returning and entering the establishment they already were remaking my drink? You’ve got an unhelpful liar in your drive through this morning Starbucks, with a goofy looking earring. When Sara comes back give her a raise. She’ll be the only reason I return.
After ready the super personal (not) and helpful (not) response by the Starbucks team, we’re gonna lower the rating to 1 star. That’s what you get here folks, 1 star beverages at best.

For the most part everybody’s always been very nice at this Starbucks but this morning a comment was made by a barista about the coffee I ordered to another barista. I don’t order a latte because I like the taste of the cappuccinos and I think that was extremely rude to say that I need to be ordering a latte to an employee when I’m sitting right there. That was absolutely uncalled for I thought I could order whatever drink I want the way that I want it and you’re to make it that way, I’m i wrong? I mean your not paying for my coffee, I’m helping to pay your paycheck though! That was extremely rude and I hope you see this review and I hope you never have to make my cappuccino again that you think should be a latte. Because I’m so sorry that what I ordered bothers you and you hate that you have to make it the way that I want it. I was struggling this morning and you topped the cake, I appreciate that. Couldn’t even dine in and do my quirk because of how rude you are.

I hope you turn your heater on and it blows cold!

Came here with my wife and her sister as we were headed towards Charlotte. My wife put in the order for the 3 of us. We entered the store when the app said the order was complete and two of our drinks were ready, but our sandwiches, croissants, and the other drink didn’t arrive until like 15 mins later. There seemed to be a little bit of a morning rush in the drive-thru but we couldn’t quite under what held up our order, as other people’s orders were showing up just fine at the counter. ‍♂️ At least the guy that gave us the rest of the order sorta apologized for the delay

I wish I could give them a good review because some of the employees are really nice, especially Sarah. I just feel like they don’t care to follow instructions on drinks and they are ALWAYS out of food items. They’re currently out of like 70% of their menu. I get the same drink every day and there’s little to no consistency.

The young woman working the drive thru at 1:20pm today (February 18) has the worst attitude. This is my second interaction with her at this location, and it will definitely be my last. She’s been incredibly rude to me, as well as to my young daughter. Starbucks employees are usually so friendly, but this particular location seems to have trouble with either hiring or training, because this employee isn’t the first unfriendly employee I’ve encountered at this location — she’s just the worst. I’ll be spending my money at the Ingles location instead. It’s inconvenient having go get out and go inside since there’s no drive-through, but that’s better than having my afternoon ruined and my daughter’s feelings hurt by an employee’s bad attitude.

Everytime I go no matter what time out how busy they are the staff is always friendly and in a great mood. The store is amazingly clean and the food and drinks are always made well. My normal coffee is always made exactly how it should and tastes the same everytime. I will always come back to this one for my coffee.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks until one of the barista decided to tell me she wasn’t gonna argue with me because I wanted my drink made the way they always make it instead of her just throwing it together lol. Now all my drinks are terrible. Asked for a little extra Carmel drizzle today and they literally filled the cup a quarter of the way w Carmel. So much so it’s undrinkable. And I get the same thing every single time so they know who I am when I come through. I’ve never been rude to any of those girls, crazy how I just didn’t want it thrown together not made properly now everything I get is messed up. They need to do better. If they don’t like working for the public, they should find a job somewhere else. It’s literally their job to make sure the drinks are made properly. Is it not?

The service is fine at this location. But the consistency of the drinks and food is mediocre at best. Sometimes the drinks are amazing, sometimes there isn’t enough sweetener, sometimes there is too much. Sometimes you get a mystery ingredient. Sometimes your food causes 3rd degree burns and sometimes its cold as ice. I mean I know there have to be protocols and recipes. I will say that if they mess up your order they will make it again and the people that work there are friendly but you never know what you’re going to get. Could be the best latte you’ve ever had it could be the worst. Wouldn’t it just be easier and less wasteful to pay attention, slow down a little and get it right the first time.
