I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to the baristas at this Starbucks. Every time I walk in, they’re genuinely friendly, patient, and on top of things even when the line is long. You can tell they really care about the experience they’re giving customers. The atmosphere they create is warm, efficient, and welcoming. Big appreciation to the whole team. They consistently make my day a little better!

I’m a coffee person. I typically love Starbucks because the drinks are consistent. However, every once in a while someone likes to go off script. Today was my second time ordering a vanilla protein latter. I just had one yesterday. When the lovely lady passed it out the window it looked different than yesterday. There’s no cold foam. I questioned it and she asked the lady that made it and she told here it doesn’t come with foam. I had to look it up as an online order go back in and show them that it does. I didn’t ask for them to remake it but I wanted them to know. When you’re wrong you’re wrong..accept it and do better. Everyone isn’t as passive as me and sometimes people have allergies to certain things so when a specific drink is purchased it’s a good idea to make it how it’s supposed to be made.

It’s a Starbucks, so the products are always good, but this location is SLOW. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and a steamed milk, yet I was waiting on it for over 30 minutes. I understand that it’s a high traffic business, but the staff seem to have zero sense of urgency. They have a screen showing a long list of mobile orders that’s claimed as ready, yet the pickup counter barely has any orders… so either they’re lying or they’re just THAT slow.

I I ordered strawberry mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and it was wrong I asked the employee if it was strawberry mango dragon fruit she said I didn’t hear you say strawberry she refused to fix what originally wanted to order not a good day at Starbucks for me!!! I went through the drive-thru ask for extra dried fruit in it and didn’t get that either this makes me very upset!!!!

I came across a Starbucks here and grabbed some breakfast. The food was a bit on the salty side, but the staff were all incredibly friendly. I really love the vibe of this place!

My family and I absolutely love Starbucks. As soon as Dallas got a Starbucks we were happy and ready to go and have. The only reason I didnt give this location a 5 star review is because every time we go we always wait in the line for a minimum of 30 minutes and thats with about 8 cars in line which is absurd. As I said before I love Starbucks, but when a company offers a drive-thru that doesnt mean we as the customers have all of 45 minutes to get a coffee that we expected to take a max of 25. I dont mind waiting because the staff there are amazing. They are always apologetic, but that’s another reason why im not giving 5 stars. Those workers shouldn’t be the ones receiving the backlash from the angry customers for the company choosing to put only two people on the clock. Its not fair to the workers nor to the paying, returning customers who are being lenient, patient and kind even after waiting 40 minutes in a drive-thru. Hopefully some things will change for this location soon!

Love having a drive thru option in town, but it is so slow! It doesn’t matter how many cars are in line, the wait is always over 15 minutes. Mobile orders are the same. I waited over 30 minutes for one drink when the estimated wait time was 12 minutes.

Kimmy and Michael not only made the best refresher, but their attitude is enough to make your day better. Best Starbucks in the area.

Let me start off by saying — I’ve gotten the exact same drink, to a T, every day since I was a teenager!
I started coming to the new location (Dallas), and when I went to order my drink, the store manager tried to upcharge me with a charge that was incorrect for my order. I tried to show him my previous daily orders and the exact description to explain that it was not the same thing he was pressing. He got mad at me, took the charge off, and slammed the drive-through window in my face.
A couple of seconds later, my drink was done, and he shoved it out the window at me, looking at me with a smug, passive-aggressive expression. All I tried to do was explain what I’ve been getting for years — I didn’t get loud or rude with him at all — so to be treated that way was quite outrageous.
I got over it and went back the next day, as I always do. I mobile ordered this time because I knew that way I’d be charged correctly and wouldn’t have to go through that again. But when I got to the window, he shoved the drink out at me again and half-said, “Have a good day.” I just blew it off and said whatever.
Then I went back today, and he looked at me with pure disgust, as if I had done something wrong, and once again shoved my drink out the window.
I’m not sure who hired him, but they really need to take a double take — because getting mad at someone for simply trying to explain something, and acting this way as a manager and an adult, is absolutely unacceptable.
