I’m forced to give 1 star for this particular franchise in Concord Mills when it should be 0 stars. You should be ashamed of the way it’s being operated . I was there today. There were only 3 people working, one on the register taking orders, one trying to fill, and one in the back stocking. I ordered only food because the coffee was out that I wanted at 10:25am and all of my order did not hit my hands till 11:00am 35 minutes for my order that was only 2 sandwich that take 2-3 mins to cook. This location is always out of items. I tried to get a seasonal drink and it was out. Is this how you do business, If this continues I’m sure you will have to closed soon!

Is this how you do business ! Hire more help ! Pay them a decent wage ! If this continues I’m sure you will have to close again !

I just went to the concord location and ordered an iced vanilla latte. there’s clearly caramel in my drink so i pointed it out, the woman at the drive through said “that’s not caramel that’s espresso” “he said he didn’t put caramel in it” and gave it back to me. of course i tried it and it was caramel but they refused to remake my drink

I visited Sat (5/10/25) morning. This was by far the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff were friendly, professional, & helpful. The store was spotless & the drinks were amazing! Keep up the great work!
