The store is clean, the music is good, the overall operation is lacking. This stores has customers inside and outside as for traffic. This location has upset customers due to service speed. This is not a study Starbucks this is a travel stop. Inside store leadership and furniture organization will bring in more positive customer feedback.
Barista under poured liquid value in large cup. Barista could have concealed under pur by adding more ice or pouring recipe measurements.

Wow!!! Attention travelers on 95! I have to share this one of a kind, off the charts, horrible customer service experience. I ordered my hot grande soy matcha, paid, and moved down to wait for my beverage. It was a busy morning and the barista made about 6 drinks while I patiently waited, that’s a normal part of the coffee shop experience of course. I saw the barista start my matcha, he mistakenly added sweetener, luckily saw him and politely informed him that I didn’t want sweetener. Then 2 regular customers came in, the staff greeted them, and I proceeded to watch the barista put my drink aside and make their drinks!!! When I saw what was happening, I asked the couple if they were regulars, and they said yes. I asked for the manager, and informed her what happened, she then said the drink was sitting there he just forgot to give it to me, I told her I watched the entire thing, AND the drink he made was ICED not hot! Geez, what a disaster. Btw, you reader, should also know they’re out of hot beverage to go cups, and out of soy milk, therefore I took in my own YETI because I wanted a hot drink and he made it iced lol. By this time I’m 20 minutes in to this ridiculous experience. The manager made my drink, refunded my $ and gave me a $4 gift card. As I got into my car I saw her hugging the customer who got the preferential treatment. I never write reviews, but this was so obviously bad I felt I had to go public so that hopefully it will make an impact of the manager, general manager, and staff.

This was a pitstop on our way traveling the East Coast. Probably one of the slowest Starbucks we’ve ever been to. Had to wait a good 20 minutes for two drinks.

Today I was left standing at the register while the cashier had a conversation with a gentlemen that was with a group of friends. Then my order and name was wrong. As I waited another gentleman walked up to purchase a single apple juice and he was left standing as for awhile as well before they acknowledged him.

To be clear the employees are working non stop, however after waiting over 20 minutes for food and beverages we left. Even saw a person come in and hand an employee cash and walk away with 2 drinks in 5 min which just shows there needs to be a better system in place. Tons of unclaimed food and drinks sat on the counter as well. The franchise needs to help put in a system so the employees are not put in such a place of stress and making drinks for folks that just leave. I tried to tell them not to make my order but they are so busy they could not make time my request.

This Starbucks was extremely busy—I haven’t been to one this crowded in a long time. I waited about 20 minutes for my drinks. At the bar, there were still several drinks sitting out labeled from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, even though I was there around 1:00 PM, which was a little concerning. On the positive side, the bathrooms were really nice and clean, and the staff was friendly despite how busy it was.

Waited on the drive through for 44 minutes and finally made it to the speaker to order. The lady then said she would be with me in a minute. 7 minutes later she came back. I asked for a large coffee and she said no..the coffee machine was down…no apology or anything. You are offe house and your coffee machine is down alot ( was it made by the same company that made the McDonald’s ice cream machine?) A sign outside telling people its not working would be better than spending 51 minutes waiting. This location has steadily been going down hill. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

Anytime I come here, I end up waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour for my drink. The drive-through is always wrapped around the building, and the inside is consistently full of people waiting. This isn’t just a weekend issue—it happens every day. They really need more staff to keep up with the demand.

Look for the sign on I-95 and take a Quick detour! Ask for Danny; he’s nice and professional. Thanks man!

The service was INCREDIBLY slow, and we had to wait at least 15 minutes for just 2 drinks. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru customers (even though the drive-thru line was also backed up), and they couldn’t have cared less that all of us inside the café had to wait.
The baristas were unfriendly, too. The one who took my order appeared to be half-asleep — or like she just really didn’t want to be there — and one of the other baristas was rude to another customer who’d been waiting for her drinks even longer than I had. She simply asked about the status of her order, and the guy responded with something like, “We’re backed up. There’s nothing I can do about it.” (At LEAST apologize for the long wait!)
I will definitely not be going back — I’ll look for another Starbucks the next time I take a long road trip down this way!
