This establishment is very bland and gives minimalist corporate greed. The architecture is very hostile and the environment is more so not welcoming and just kind of feels like a doctor’s office. The baristas are rude and act like every time you ask them a simple question you’re pulling teeth would not recommend do not care for this establishment. Especially the one with the ponytail. I asked for ice water and he loudly sighed like buddy you literally work here

Judy is truly a sweet kindhearted person who deserves recognition. She always brightens my day and our family always enjoys saying hello at the drive thru. I’m assuming there’s a Starbucks employee of the month program. If so, I sure hope Judy gets her flowers! The vanilla bean frappe with strawberry was amazing

Honestly, I wouldn’t get a drink here after the sun goes down if you paid me in free venti caramel macchiatos. The main issue? A man named Reed—though calling him a “lead” feels like an insult to leadership itself. This guy struts around like he’s the CEO of caffeine, yet can’t seem to manage basic decency, let alone a shift. Watching him “supervise” is like watching a toddler try to pilot a jet—loud, chaotic, and destined to crash.

He treats his coworkers like props in his personal ego drama. Poor Kyle gets chewed out in front of customers on the daily, and Reed throws attitude tantrums every time he messes up an order, as if the laws of karma exempt him from human error. The way he carries himself, you’d think he invented espresso and trained under Gordon Ramsay’s angrier twin.

Honestly, it’s wild this boy still has a job. Customer service? Nonexistent. Accountability? Never heard of it. If Starbucks had an award for “Most Likely to Turn a Latte into a Lawsuit,” Reed would have a trophy case by now. Imagine clocking in and realizing your boss has less emotional intelligence than the broken blender behind the counter.

The only saving grace of this location is Alex, Aden, and Kyle. They’re the real backbone of this store, the ones keeping it from collapsing under Reed’s inflated sense of self-importance. If corporate ever wants to see why people still come back despite the chaos, they should start by asking them… not the guy shouting orders like he’s auditioning for Kitchen Nightmares: Barista Edition.

I’m glad Starbucks is going down the drain.
My order was a tall dark roast with creamer and 5 units of sugar.
Quit a simple and straight forward order.
Overpriced coffee, asked for a tip and no sugar.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! Such a sweet vibe. All the familiarity of any other Starbucks with the charm of your local coffee joint. 3 of their employees were selected for the Starbucks “origin” trip where they get to visit the farms where the coffee is grown. And they have local photography all over!

Judy the Master Barista went above & beyond to provide the warmest & nicest service today. She & her team created an amazingly refreshing visit that exemplified what customer service is supposed to be. We walked in and felt like we were regulars at a neighbor family owned coffee shop. Our coffees were AMAZING!!!!

I had a deplorable experience at this Starbucks location with a barista. I didn’t get his name, but he was of Indian descent I think, younger, skinny, and had a ponytail I think. I normally go to a Starbucks near my house, but I decided to go to this location because I was in the area and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve come to Starbucks.

When I ordered, the barista seemed friendly enough. I asked for a bit of extra sweet cream and he begrudgingly agreed, saying: “This is as much as you get” and poured a little in a cup for me. It wasn’t enough for my standards, I wanted it slightly sweeter. So I asked for a little more and he got snippy with me, as if I were taking away his personal allowance or something lol. He really didn’t want to provide extra sweet cream, I’ve never seen someone act this rude before.

I always ask for no ice because I drink the coldbrew over a period of two days or so and ice will water it down. Since I’m traveling a little ways, I wanted to get one of those round stickers to put atop the lid’s sip hole so it didn’t splash out in my car. He said, “No we can’t do that, it’s for catering only” or something to that extent. I get these stickers all the time at my local Starbucks, they actually offer them to me.

Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location at all. I was there 10/13/2025 around 12:00 or so maybe.

Just in there for a drink and the guy with the pony tail was obnoxious when calling out peoples names to get their drinks. He seemed like he hated his job and didn’t even look at any of the customers. He dropped the container of dried fruit for my refresher and vented loudly. If you’re so miserable, do us a favor and quit. Someone will certainly fill your job and actually smile and look at the customers and be grateful you have a paycheck.

Judy is absolutely amazing! I used to go to a different Starbucks closer to me on my drive into work, but choose to go to Grace Park simply for Judy.

I know it’s gonna be a great day when Judy greats me at the drive through speaker!

I hope that they see your worth Judy. You are a keeper and deserve the best things to come to you in life.
