There are multiple complaints I could lodge like the long wait for only a few cars, the drink made incorrectly at first, but really what made me write the review is trying to take my first sip of this drink and having to keep tipping the cup more and more with nothing coming out and when i open the lid to check how low the drink is BEFORE IVE EVEN HAD A SIP it looks like half the drink is already gone. Worst Starbucks Experience.
I come to this one because it’s closest to my job. I have been late because of this place. I have had my drink wrong or just not ready after placing the order 15-20 mins ahead of my arrival- MULTIPLE TIMES. Mind you my order is the same each time… I regularly cup of brewed coffee. The app will say ready and when I go to look for my cup- it hasn’t even been made.
The people are rude and will literally will just walk away without correcting their mistake. Hands down the worst location. As a barista myself, it’s sad had bad Starbucks has become. I can’t stand this location. The consistent disappointment is ridiculous and there is no love in their drinks. GET ALL NEW STAFF.

This is a very busy store which I feel customers should take into consideration! They are always willing to accommodate even in the most stressful times of the day. I had a wonderful experience today with Lana, she remade my drink for me 4 times during a rush because it was rang up wrong & I kept forgetting to tell her exactly how I wanted it made.. i appreciate the effort the workers at this store put in to make sure every customer is satisfied!

DON’T GO HERE AFTER 9pm!!!!!!!
Pulled up at about 9:25pm I noticed the crew cleaning but they don’t close until 10pm so I thought nothing of it.
Ordered 3 drinks my personal drink was the caramel ribbon crunch.
I drink the same drink on multiple occasions and I’m not sure if it was because they were closing they decided to do something different or what but the drink they gave me got thrown out the window halfway home out of disappointment and discuss.
Starbucks ain’t no cheap drinks so when your employees start cutting corners and charge you the full price that’s really a let down.
My advice.. fire your whole team that works or that worked Tuesday after 9pm because their going to cause you to lose business because their cutting corners to get home earlier.

This was just a pretty ordinary starbucks. It was very busy and we had to wait a little while to get our drinks. They did not come out at the same time and by the time my daughter got her order, i was half way done with mine. I felt it was also really expensive…$15 for two drinks.

Always a great experience and they make my favorite drink perfect every single time (oat milk shaken blonde espresso with brown sugar, dark caramel, and vanilla bean powder). Also think they are the only location in my area that still puts cute messages on the cup.
