Wonderful staff , was out of my preferred choice of coffee due to me arriving minutes before closing- however I was recommended a new type of coffee I never tried before and I ordered extra cream and milk and the gentleman asked if I preferred it steamed or cold. Such precise awareness and attention to the customer was amazing. So much better than the rude staff on Berkeley Blvd.

They have a wonderful staff. Especially Abijah, he is always smiling and provides excellent customer service to everyone from the time they come to the store until they get their drinks. If something is wrong with my drink (never happens), they make sure I get a new one up to my standards. Love this place!

I’ve always loved Starbucks, but this is the one I always go to. If you ever need help with something, Brady is the one to talk to. He’s very knowledgeable about his job and can help you with whatever you need. To be honest, everyone at this location is excellent at their jobs – but Brady really shines:)

Didn’t have whip cream or the toppings I paid extra for on either of my drinks. Also where they have their pickup counter at is obviously convenient if you order there, but I’d be wary about ordering online . It’s fairly accessible to anyone coming out of the HT cashier or Starbucks lines could go over & tamper with it.

While I have usually always had a great experience at this location and staff has always been friendly, today I was appalled at the fact that it took me over 45 minutes to get 1 coffee in the drive thru. Unfortunately, the way your drive thru at this location is set up, once you are in line, you are stuck. I’m sorry, but 45 minutes is excessive for a single coffee.

This is a first for me. I go to this Starbucks twice a day 6 days a week and my wife dose to. This morning 12/19 the young lady working the window completely threw me off. She was very rude and disrespectful to my wife. My wife had to ask for her whole order 3 different times and every time she had to tell the girl that she was missing something the girl would snap at my wife slam the window shut and start talking to her co workers. I’m completely baffled by this. Every other time I come to this Starbucks I’m always greeted with a smile and the staff is very friendly.

My local Starbucks is hands down the friendliest spot in town. Every time I visit, whether in-store or at the drive-thru, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They consistently nail my go-to order: a caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk and no whip—it’s perfection in a cup! It’s also my favorite place to settle in and knock out coursework, thanks to the warm atmosphere. Just yesterday, they introduced me to a new drink while passing out samples—talk about keeping things exciting! The best part? I always have the most genuine conversations at the drive-thru in the mornings. I’ve got the gift of gab, and they make me feel like I’m chatting with old friends, making the wait something I actually look forward to. It’s truly the best way to kick off my day!
