Filthy and gross! I’m shocked this place hasn’t been shut down. All of the counters are dirty and sticky from spills. The tables and chairs are gross and look like they have never been cleaned. All the while the staff sit in the corner on their phones with their feet up on the table and throw an attitude if you ask if you can order a coffee and tea.

I went in recently, normally I LOVE this place, but as I ordered and waited for my receipt to be printed I made small talk with the cashier (she was a former classmate of mine), and just as the receipt was printing one of the staff very rudely yelled for the person behind me to order. Then proceeded to very loudly keep saying that “that it was SO rude”, all he got was a free cup of water….
I didn’t even collect my receipt I just took my stuff and left.
Honestly the way the woman had acted then proceeded to openly treat that cashier with faces and attitude. It was unprofessional and frankly, I don’t want to go back to a place where the manager (I assume) felt it was ok to do that in front of people, over something that was literally nothing.
I can understand keeping the line moving but my receipt hasn’t even finished printing when she decided to act like that, then carried on with treating the cashier with attitude and making faces.

This particular Starbucks location is on a campus. With thousands of students my expectation of service was 5 stars. College kids have to get to class and stay up to study right?
No one said Hi welcome to Starbucks. I asked for a good product so instead of them tell me they are out they just ignore me and I assumed they charged me for it. Secondly I asked for Chocolate Cold Foam. I received 2 drops of milk froth on my drink. My drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. The guy was passive aggressive and talking about customers. I will definitely be calling corporate. I wish I could upload the picture of my drink. I will never return to this location.

LOVE the staff here! they are always so friendly and are willing to recommend similar drinks if they are currently out of what you’d like. it’s always clean, too, which is a plus for me.

I can’t fairly rate this shop because I couldn’t find it. I ended up having to go to another shop because of this reason. Be aware that this coffee shop isn’t actually a traditional store, but actually on the college campus. I was fairly disappointed about this because I drove 14 miles to get here. I hope one day Google will have a way to identify non traditional stores so that the customer knows what to expect.

They open at 7am during the week got there at 7:10am and said they could not open because night shift didn’t do anything that it would be another 5-10mins !! Well that’s not the customers fault sounds like a management problem to me. I just want my coffee lol other then this issue it’s been a great experience thus far.
