I did a mobile order when I first walked in. I wasn’t greeted. The young lady was sitting in the front on her personal cell phone having a conversation. I stood there before like 8 minutes before she even spoke to me and asked me was I waiting on something? I’ll let her know I did a mobile order. She said that the ticket did not print. She fixed the printer and then made my order set my cup back far to where I had to reach over-the-counter another guest that was white walked in. She was greeted as soon as she hit the door. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

Will have your drink ready for you to pick up and behind the counter and will make you wait for them to put it up while they proceed to make 2-3 more drinks before they finally give you the order unless you say something first. Not worth coming to.

Waited 15 minutes for a drip coffee that they still hadn’t made and they noted it would take a while due to staffing today. Very disappointed in the service and left empty handed due to the amount of time. They didn’t offer a refund.

Wonderful Starbucks! Needed a quick uplift so I got the low calorie iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso, a breakfast sandwich and a cheese danish. Wonderful food, nice and hot! All ready in under 5 minutes with 2 amazing baristas! Super friendly and helpful! 10/10 recommend!

This is one of my favorite locations in the triad. Experienced and friendly staff, who are great at making drinks and do a great job keeping table clean (a pet peeve of mine). This get very busy in the morning but is often quite chill in the evening.

Being on this side of town, we all know there are no local coffee shops nearby. This Starbucks is great for not having a drive-thru. Every once in a while an order has been messed up but they always make it right. I appreciate a place that can pump out orders and not looked stressed when you know they’re bogged down. Drinks are always great and food, too.
