I just really want to say thank you to Deanna
When I got to the window I didn’t have the payment I thought… so she’s helped me split the payment which took some other time. And then the scanner wasn’t working so she helped me know how to put the Stars on my account.
And if that wasn’t enough, at 8:30 in the morning I had a question about roasts and I asked her and I felt so bad but she patiently answered and made me feel like my time was important.
She was so personable and so easy going and gave such focused attention. I absolutely would have understood if she would have been in more of a hurry or a little irritated but boy…. She really does have her presence with the person in front of her and I just thought that was really amazing during the morning when I wouldn’t have even been offended if she blew me off a little bit to stay on track.
I just think that’s really worth mentioning. ☺️❤️
I feel like driving off from experiences even this small….. Is what makes a person think about your store when they want to stop next time. This one happens to be on my route enough but I pass two others before I even get to you most days. And I just love and appreciate customer service like this and I want to compliment it.

Entered to a mix of indie pop and Latin music. The atmosphere was fitting to expectations. As with most places, I wish the place had a little more color and life.
I’ve had starbucks coffee before, but never a frappuccino. I ordered a cookie frap, and a spinach, feta, egg wrap. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Price is reasonable considering there were 7 or 8 employees working, and all of them were constantly doing something. I was surprised that it only took a few minutes to recieve my order.
Relaxed atmosphere.

Everyone goes to this Starbucks because it’s the main one in town but the service can be good or alright depending on the day you go but more alright most of the time. That includes the service and coffee. The best one is Spring Lane. They are consistently friendly, quicker and the coffee is made right. If you can make the drive, go there instead. If not, I understand.

Coming home from the beach and needed some caffeine so decided to stop in. I would not recommend anyone come to this location. I was the only person in the shop and it took 10 minutes for them to make my one drink. The display case of bakery items near the register was full of bugs. If that’s what I could see from where I was standing who knows what it looks like behind the counter where the rest of the products are kept.

Love this location! All the Bristas are excellent If something is wrong with your drink they will remake it without hesitation. Also I love the sayings and sometimes smiley faces on my cup☺️ It really says alot just by going the extra step to add that to my cup. You never know what someone is going though or what someone has been through and seeing that just gives me hope that there are still people in this world that actually thought about you today. Instead of giving someone a hard time, just stop and think about what you are going through they could be going through something alot worse. Thankful for this location because they value there customers Hope this review brightens someone’s day like they do mine and remember your not alone. Have a blessed day and remember to smile

This store is dirty and lacks any sort of customer service. The person who took my order really couldn’t answer any of my questions about their coffee (I’m not a frequent Starbucks visitor). Once my order was ready, I had to wait again to get half and half and sweetener.
Online orders are haphazardly placed on a dirty counter leaving customers to search for their entire order. More annoying, I listened to an employee tell a customer to throw her order away when she requested it to be remade. Most people would take the incorrect order, apologize for the mistake, throw the item away and remake it.

Updating my review because it is CRUCIAL that baristas remember some people have ALLERGIES. So when someone orders an alternate milk, it would be safest if they would CONFIRM with the customer that they heard correctly by repeating back the order in full.
During one visit they were out of oat milk, and they did not seem to get it when my husband told them NO to their suggestion of coconut milk. I am ALLERGIC to coconut but still somehow ended up with a drink that had coconut milk. My throat started feeling weird and I had to spend a long drive worried I would have a worse reaction plus no coffee. Thankfully I only had two sips.
