I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I ordered online, and when the system marked my order as “ready,” I came to pick it up. My drinks were prepared, but the croissants were not, so I waited patiently. I completely understand that staff can get busy, I work in customer service myself. While I was waiting, a staff member used her earpiece to ask if the croissants were ready. A blond-haired employee loudly responded, “Yeah, I don’t know why they stare at us like that,” which I found unnecessary and rude. I wasn’t staring, I was simply waiting for an order that had been marked ready. When I politely said, “My apologies, I wasn’t staring,” the staff laughed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
I’m very understanding about delays, but being made to feel unwelcome or mocked for waiting on something I paid for was upsetting. I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and courtesy go a long way in hospitality.

Was initially going to thank the staff for asking the white truck that cut the line ahead of me to drive around the building like everyone else on 3/6 ( 7 Pm )but I see he left a bad review of the staff.

I’m a regular at this location I was here on 2/19/26. Two upper management (I’m guessing) people were there. If they want to implement changes it shouldn’t be in the middle of a busy rush. What happened to customers being the priority. I didn’t their catch names but it was a small brunette woman and an African American male. There’s a time and place for everything. The employees were ALL uncomfortable and it showed.

I had a barista with short pink hair and she was extremely rude. I had a reward I wanted to redeem but didn’t know how to so asked her and she rolled her eyes and acted like I was stupid when I asked. But once she told me I was looking on my app for my reward and she goes “what’s do you want” is an ugly tone. Once I paid I said thanks and no response… said thanks to her again once I got the drink and again she just rolled her eyes. Other girls were super sweet but this one girl was extreme rude

Picked up my mobile order at the drive-thru. The lady with pink hair just handed me my drinks without saying a word. I said “thank you,” and she didn’t even respond. Not expecting much, but a little basic courtesy would be nice.

I was starting to be able to justify spending $8 on a coffee as opposed to just waiting until I got home. However, my visit to this Starbucks made me commit to never spending money in any Starbucks ever again. Store was dirty and my cup wasn’t even full. I see no point in paying for a certain size if it’s not going to be full. I hate to say it but I’m going back to making coffee myself. I will miss the convenience but such is life.

Ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espress (had many times before in other locations) and I got a drink that does not looks or tastes what it should. When I asked about it, they told me they can remake it and came back with the same drink. They told me because I asked for light ice, they put more milk in it 🙁 note: if I wanted more milk in it, I would have asked for it or for a different drink.

This week I was surprised and impressed by the professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and overall performance of the staff. I was greeted with wonderful interior decor and comfortable seating, and clean bathrooms. Excellent location for anyone looking to stop by.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. Staff are always so sweet and nice to talk with. Drinks are made great and vegan options to eat. It’s a quiet place to study also in the evening. I appreciate that they open at 5am so I can grab coffee on my way to work.
