Something needs to be done about this starbucks location. There are constant reviews about bad service and them being slow. They need new employees/management or just close down. Owner seems to reply to the bad reviews and doesn’t do anything to fix the problem.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, staff absolutely rude, came in before a massive rush and left way after the rush and took them over an hour !!! Terrible service, very slow and they don’t care! Most of Employees that waited on us had no personality or kindness whatsoever! The countertops were nasty and not kept wiped or cleaned. This has happened several times that we have been in. Will not be back!

I’m currently standing inside this store after sitting in a stagnant drive thru line for almost 10 minutes without moving. This is, hands down, the dirtiest and most disgusting starbucks store I have ever been in. The trash cans are all overflowing, there’s trash and chunks of stuff all over the floor, the mobile pickup area is gross, and none of the lights are on outside even though it’s nearly 8pm and twilight.

I did an online order and got a mango dragonfruit refresher with 2 scoops of dragonfruit inclusions with a chocolate croissant which they said online they had, I pulled up 13 min later and sent my fiancé in to get, and he said he walked in they were just standing there, not even starting on the order? When there was no one in the drive through nor inside?? Anywho well then they said they were out of chocolate croissants… ofc and they would put the money back on my gift card ( hours later.. it’s still not there) and they kept questioning my fiancé acting like they couldn’t make my stuff, and didn’t know what it was? So stole money and couldn’t even make my stuff right?
