I have been coming here since they opened and visit the store 2-3 a week or more. By far this is my favorite in the state! They make my drink right, are friendly and sweet! I always feel welcome and this has become my “safe” place to sit and relax! Thank you all! ♥️

This Starbucks in Sutton, West Virginia was so clean and the staff there were friendly. I was admiring the decor and art in this location too! I was happy with my pumpkin spice latte and my husband enjoyed his Bacon, Gouda, and Egg sandwich. We weren’t planning to stop at first, but we needed to fuel up as we were on our road trip. We spotted Starbucks about to open. Glad we stopped in. The bathrooms were clean and easy to navigate as someone with mobility issues. I frequent some Starbucks in my home state and I was pleased with this experience far from home!

I was down in Sutton, WV needed some coffee & found this Starbucks. It was a cozy little place with some tables to sit at. I liked that local art work adorned the walls. The staff were very polite & friendly. As always the coffee & cookies were hot and fresh. I sat and enjoyed both as I watched customers come and go. This place was very popular with the locals, staff seemed to know everyone’s order and had conversations with everyone. They did have outdoor seating if you enjoy that. I enjoyed my coffee & visit here, you will as well.

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks in Flatwoods. The store was clean, staff were friendly, and the barista made my drink SO GOOD. It was delicious. I believe her name was Jordan! Overall, definitely would come again.

This Starbucks location is an easy stop off the interstate for commuters & local shoppers in the Flatwoods/ Braxton County area. The staff is always so efficient, plus friendly at getting the order completed as quick as possible. They’re a nice group of staff & always seem like they’re knowledgeable about everything Starbucks. I have frequented this location often over the past year & never had a bad experience. They’re happy to help or provide assistance if needed and know their regulars by name, plus take the time to say hello. I can’t say enough about the Store experience & staff!

Placed a mobile order just a couple minutes before I pulled in. Went through the drive through and was told the order wasn’t received to wait a few minutes and then come back through the drive through to not hold the line up. Not a problem as I had just placed it minutes before, understandable. However, we were the only customers on the property so we pulled into a parking spot near the drive through entrance to wait 5 minutes and go back through. Within 2 minutes an employee came out with our drinks, to which my husband said “oh wow thank you, we were going to come back through as we were told, but you’re a sweet heart for bringing it out here”. Her immediate response was to rip into us about how if we had any decency we would’ve parked closer to the door. We explained we were told to wait and come back through the drive through to which she said “you’re a liar I heard her say wait a few minutes” and then proceeded to yell through our window until I cut her off and politely said this is not worth arguing about. To which she still chose to argue until we just had to drive off. The environment of this location has been this way every time we pass through town. Repulsive.
