The best Starbucks staff and service in Morgantown. They go over and beyond to make my drink exactly the way I like it. I go out of my way to visit this store. The staff works well together and it’s wonderful seeing the same faces and names ☕️

If you order things in food delivery services and they’re out of the item. They won’t tell you in the app. I genuinely can’t think of another place that does this. Past experiences with other restaurants having this issue result in the restaurant letting me know through the app or by calling me. I don’t even think it’s a big deal to let either the driver know that they’re out of an item. It’s also really shady of them to have you be able to buy an item without you knowing that they don’t have it. If I gotta be on the ball when I’m at work I expect them to as well. Every single time when I get to be the customer, I get screwed over most times with these people.

20220723 need to remind the barista to give me the bring your own mug credits. Not only do I save 10 cents, I also get 25 points! This location doesn’t have the West Virginia been there mugs, if you are looking for them. Recommend calling all the stores as well as Starbucks located in Target, grocery stores, etc… that often gave plenty comparing to standalone starbucks. Its because people didn’t think to check starbucks locations inside another store. Fortunately I already got mine at the Starbucks closer to Maryland… Charlestown, etc…

This place can not create an iced shaken espresso properly anymore. I have ordered this drink at this Starbucks and the surrounding ones for years. However, I have ordered this drink 5-6x over the last 2 months to see if it would improve while visiting other Starbucks and it has not. The remake policy is a joke and useless when you ordered prior to work and it’s not an excuse for consistent poor drinks.

Always bustling, but the staff here are friendly and helpful, making sure that you’re served as quickly as possible.
Just today I thought that I had placed an order online, but must have failed to submit the order. The barista I spoke to was happy to check make sure I hadn’t sent it to another store by mistake, and when I submitted the order (for real this time!), was kind enough to confirm that they had received it.
To me, those small acts of kindness really make a difference.

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks. I go here frequently because it is the most convenient location for me and I usually just deal with the inconsistent quality. My usual order is a shaken espresso, I have ordered this for years and know what it should taste/look like. When I picked my drink up this morning I knew it was wrong, and I took a sip of it and it just tasted like milk. The barista asked me if something was wrong, and I told her it just tasted like milk. She said there was espresso in it, and I said it was gross and made wrong. She just IGNORED ME. I go out to my car and I can see through the window the two baristas are looking at me and talking and laughing, I’m assuming about me. I almost never ask for my drink remade, but this drink was just disgusting and I threw it in the trash.

I never been to his location before and it was worth my time. They were busy but we’re able to take my order and get it to me in. A timely manner. They have good parking and a nice seating area where you can wait or get some work done and hang out. Great spot

I normally stop by here for an Americano before my yoga class. I pre ordered my regular on the app. I walked in and no one was at the counter. The associate walked into the kiosk and looked at me. I said I had a mobile order. I had to repeat twice I had a mobile order. They walked to the register and pulled the ticket. Once I received my drink it was cold. Cold like milk. I asked did I accidentally order my drink cold. The blank response was you ordered oat milk so it’s cold. I e ordered same from this store multiple times and it’s usually so hot I have to wait until after class to drink it. I just said oh ok, based on the blank response and seeming desire not to acknowledge the customer had a problem. I walked out of the store and threw the beverage in the trash.
