Please please please listen to milk change requests! the last 3 times i got coffee and asked for a different non dairy milk i’ve received normal milk in my drink. I’m allergic to milk and it’s not just intolerance or a preference. i use to love coming but lately it’s been rough. I understand if it’s busy and if it’s inconvenient but it’s just a waste to spend $5-6 on a coffee i end up having to throw away and then having to watch for allergen levels. I’m usually able to notice if the milk if regular or not relatively easily but when i add flavoring it gets hard.

Honestly I love coming here but today they were so rude. Yes people think they will sit in traffic longer and place their orders. Sometimes they get there faster. No need to be rude and talk shit on the customer while they are sitting at the window and can hear you!

I placed a mobile order. When I went in to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. 3 people working kept walking by me and no one asked if I needed help or had been waited on. I finally stopped someone to ask about my order and they hadn’t even started it yet. When they finally did call my name, I was still missing a drink. I ended up waiting inside for almost 15 minutes for my “order ahead” order.

I love the selection here, but at every location, consistency is lacking. If I order a shaken drink, I do, in fact, expect it to be shaken every time. I’ve been receiving them unmixed. Most food is made from frozen, so it can be a bit dry.

I never get Starbucks, but I had a gift card. I ordered a decaf pumpkin coffee, because I have a heart condition that makes me sensitive to caffeine. I drink it and think nothing of it. Later in the day I feel my heart throbbing and tightening up, and realized that my coffee was NOT decaf. I told the cashier twice that I wanted decaf, and she repeated it back to me, but in hindsight I shouldn’t have risked it. I hadn’t had Starbucks in over a year, but I won’t be going back, probably ever again. Not only does caffeine cause me pain, but it keeps me up for over 24 hours, ruining my sleep for a week or more. Hopefully I can counteract it with melatonin tonight, but that’s unlikely.
I get that to a random person looking at reviews this may sound like a small issue, but to me it’s a big deal. Decaf means decaf. I guess coffee houses are out of the question for me, because the effect caffeine has on me really is painful and takes a long time to wear off. On a black coffee it’s easy to tell the difference, but in a mix like pumpkin spice the coffee taste takes a back seat to the flavoring, especially when you rarely drink even decaf. You are trusting the people behind the counter to provide what you ask, but it’s a dumb move for me to do that when a mistake costs me a lot.
I am incredibly upset at this error.

Went in for my free drink since it was my birthday, and the girl who wrote happy birthday on my cup was very sweet and pretty. Also the drink was the best one I’ve ever had, made my day much better. If she sees this tell her I love her!

The young man working the register this Sunday afternoon was indifferent and rude to us. We stood waiting to be rung out while he and his coworker talked amongst each other. Then he turned to us, but didn’t say hello or ask us anything, he was silent while I paused then began my order. I purchased a coffee and asked for a cup of water. He forgot the water, so I waited to ask for it again at the pickup counter. He gave us an annoyed look, if looks could kill y’know, then got us our water without saying a single word to us.
I work at a restaurant style store that serves coffee as well, and the lack of customer service we received here would get me fired, or at least written up, if I did the same at my job. It’s not even about the forgotten drink, they were busy, that happens, but the young man obviously didn’t like his job or want to be here, but it made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

20 minute wait tonight on 4 drinks…..why the wait? Because the girl thought it was better to stand and talk to a friend rather than fix the drinks of the previous paying customers that ordered already. Cost $50 to wait and the drinks weren’t even made right.

Love all my Starbucks places BUT it becomes concerning when I get the same thing and it’s a different amount everytime. I’ve noticed it’s not just this location it’s most locations in Morgantown EXCEPT the Starbucks in the Marriott Hotel. They’re always on point and my drink tastes the same, looks the same and Costs the same with every visit!
