This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad barista experience. I ordered thru the app. Went to pick up. She handed me my hot macchiato that literally had caramel syrup dripping down the side (I ordered NO caramel drizzle). It actually dripped onto my lap from the bottom of the cup. After she watched me wipe up the mess from my hands and lap, she then handed me my other coffee with an attitude! Not only did she get my order wrong, she WATCHED me clean everything up and waited until I was done to open the window and hand me my other coffee. No apology. No do you need a napkin, nothing. The cardboard sleeve was even stuck to the cup. And there was a half inch of caramel syrup in the bottom of my coffee when there should’ve been none. P.S.- To Starbucks: I don’t need additional assistance from your team as I saw your replies from other reviewers. Just train your team the right way and fix this problem at this location because there are several of the same kind of reviews. You have great coffee! You should have great staff as well.

The store is beautiful and large! We ordered a lavender cream frappe and a mocha frappe. Oh, and a chocolate cake pop that was so yummy! Our order came out quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. The employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there. We will definitely be returning.

Not only is my drink wrong every single time, the staff here are just absolutely rude every single time I come here. They make it seem like customers are an inconvenience & always have attitudes. I read these reviews that apologize to the bad reviews & nothing changes they’re still just as rude as all the other comments say.

I’m fairly certain that staff do not know their sizes. I have come through twice and ordered and was given a small. When I was handed my drink the first time, I asked the girl if that was the correct size and she rudely responded yes, slammed the window and I could hear her yell ‘was that a grande?’. The second time I ordered large size again and was handed a small. I didnt even bother saying anything. Just save your money and order small.

This place is newly updated and clean. (New building) Unfortunately, the past 4 or 5 times I have ordered here my drinks just seemed a little off. I typically get three different drinks pending on mood and have a certain expectations for quality of taste. Seems hit or miss. I know how these drinks should taste is what I’m saying as I order from different Starbucks locations all over the country due to traveling for work. I feel like youngins are not abiding by their mix ratios and simply eyeballing ingredients. Sad

Came to get coffee this morning. We ordered ahead on the app. It said it was ready so we went in. No one looked at us or said good morning or anything. My mom asked if her coffee was ready and the rude man gave her an iced coffee. She mentioned that it was supposed to be hot. he grabed the coffee and made a new one. It’s Luke warm. She said it was good flavor tho. Not one word was said by any of the staff. I think that’s a bit wild… we will not be returning.

I live in Weirton and have to say, this is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to as far as the drinks go. Nice building and sitting area but my Fiancé and I choose to just get our drinks in the Kroger Starbucks. The staff does not seem to care or be able to handle the pace or the attention to detail required to be effective baristas even in the least bit. Attitudes are bad. Sometimes you walk in and nobody even pays attention that you are standing at the counter for 5 minutes or so. The worst. We were so happy about a real Starbucks coming to our hometown because we love it. Unfortunately, this is not a real Starbucks. It’s confusing to even think about what is happening in that store. Sad
