I’m tired of Starbucks emphasis on drive thru and app customers. If a person has the temerity to walk inside of a Starbucks, you just never know what kind of way you’re going to be treated. A lot of Starbucks employees seem to have taken it upon themselves to express their political views by ignoring people like me who look old. I mean, that’s my guess. Sometimes I just get ignored because I’m not in the drive-through line and I didn’t order on a nap. I particularly hate the way that you have to tip before you get a drink and I know that all the stores are this way. I don’t want to tip anymore, especially to the crowd of people who seem to think that I’m the wrong political party. How do they even know? The trouble is, that Starbucks has a very high standard of filtered water and good coffee beans and they have a good coffee making equipment so the coffee still taste good. As a company I don’t know if I could hate them anymore than I do even though I was an original customer from back in the 80s.I’m glad that there’s a lot of competition out there.

Baristas are so kind and helpful! I know a lot of the reviews are about the drinks being made wrong, however, they will gladly remake them if you ask. Some of the best baristas in the area Definitely worth it!

Ordered 2 white mochas. Cups felt lighter than usual. What we got was whipped topping with maybe a splash of coffee. We threw them away.
When I had paid for it the girl told me i got both cups free. I still had all my money on my gift card and all my stars so it wasn’t a big deal to throw them away. Well a couple of hours later I see it did use money off my gift card.

Stopped in on a road trip and was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the baristas were. My family and I agreed that this was the friendliest Starbucks we had ever been to! They did a great job on our drinks too.

Yeah, it is Starbucks and we all know what we get. Good and bad. Here is my issue: My wife ordered and all was well. I ordered a cup of regular old fashioned coffee. Blonde I believe. They had none brewed although they advertised it was available. No, it was not brewing. If you want to only sell high end beverages, then do only that.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i waited in line for 10 minutes while they took care of everyone in front of me. by the time we got to the counter it was a minute after they closed and wouldn’t even take my order! i was the only person left in line and already waited 10 minutes. very rude and unprofessional. definitely will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend. go to the one across cabelas.

My order is always correct and made correctly. The only Starbucks around here where I get a latte and there is some foam on it and it’s hot. The staff is always friendly and nice to deal with.
