I don’t understand why this Starbucks serves such small drinks. You can see it clearly in the photos I uploaded. My friend and I ordered 4 beverages, and every single cup was noticeably lower than what we usually get at other Starbucks locations.
My friend tried to talk to the staff, but they insisted that their way is the standard and that other Starbucks stores are “not qualified”. That attitude, on top of the smaller portions, really ruined the beginning of our new year.
The volume was only about 4/5 of what we normally receive. On top of that, there was no whipped cream on the Frappuccino and Gingerbread Latte, even though it’s shown that way in the app.

What a gem of a Starbucks! We as a family love taking road trips and because we love coffee, we make lots of coffee stops, we visited countless locations, but this one truly stands out. The moment you walk in, you notice how exceptionally clean it is, which is always a huge plus. Beyond that, the people working here are incredibly nice and friendly, making for a genuinely pleasant experience. And the service? Absolutely impeccable! This Starbucks has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite stops.

Having coming here since launch date more than a dozen times, I love this place. I live in Beckley but make the trip here, even if it’s a little ways longer out. This location is the best one in southern WV. This is a much better location than the Galleria. The baristas here are super fast and friendly! This is now my new favorite location

Just stopped there on a road trip. They were so friendly. I mentioned I was on a roadtrip and the girl taking my order sparked up a conversation and then as the message on my cup they wrote “be safe traveling!” And the drink was made perfectly and very quickly. Awesome experience overall! As a former barista at another location, I know that this is exactly what Starbucks strives for!

Paid for a Tomato Mozzarella sandwich and this was over $6 for this. . . Displeased with this it’s over priced for a piece of bread and a taste of veggies. I could have went to Walmart and got way more for $6

Ordered an iced white mocha, add 2 pumps of caramel and 2 pumps of vanilla, and add salted caramel cold foam with caramel drizzle. Well the receipt on the drink was right. They charged me correctly. But i received regular cold foam, no caramel drizzle, and they definitely did not add the caramel and vanilla. I get this drink at other Starbucks and it taste very sweet and great. This one was awful, definitely no caramel in it whatsoever like I asked and like I was charged for. They were not busy either. One cat was before me and was gone by the time I got to the window. Seems like every time I come to this location, they charge me for what I ask for but do not give me what I ask for. I doubt I’ll go back to this one again, I’ve given a lot of chances and every time it’s the same thing.

The best Starbucks in the area. I decided to get our coffee at Beckley Starbucks, while I was in Beckley, before heading home to Mount Lookout. It was horrible! We stopped by Fayetteville Starbucks and they remade our drinks for free! The baristas there have great customer service and are consistent in drink making. I visit this Starbucks about 1-2 times a week.

Was just here. The girl at the windows was nice. That’s the best we can say. The coffee we got. Was at best 2/3 thirds full. And the rest was foam. It also had caramel running down the side. We were the only ones in line. So there is no reason they should have been in that much of a hurry.
