I usually end up at this Starbucks location because my regular location is either out of cold brew, only accepting cash, water issues, etc. They are always so nice and accommodating. Although NOT my regular Starbucks location, (Stacey) knows my exact order and takes exceptional care of me!! It’s a little further for me to drive, but well worth it. I’m thankful for this location.

I’m normally not a confrontational person and if I order something and they get it wrong, I just deal with it. Well with that being said, I went to Starbucks on Harper Road today, ordered the same thing I’ve ordered the past 5 times I’ve went, except this time when I ordered the iced VENTI pistachio latte even asked for oat milk instead of milk, add caramel drizzle and caramel crunch and an egg pesto sandwich, okay get to the window and pay, then get handed the sandwich, and then a moment later I get the coffee and it’s no the one I have received the last 5 visits, so I politely said that’s not right, I’m sorry but it’s supposed to have foam, and she says okay, and turns around to tell the barista, well the barista comes to the window and says that’s doesn’t come with foam, I said okay, well the Iast few times I have gotten it, I’ve always received a creamy coffee drink with a foamy topping and the sign shows it made that way with a spice dusting on top, she starts getting really rude and says that well the pistachio latte doesn’t come with foam, so instead of arguing I just asked if I can get some added then, and she says the pistachio latte doesn’t contain cold foam or any kind of foam, then turns around and the drive thru cashier is standing there so I’m trying to hand her my drink and she doesn’t take it and says they are making another one, then the manager (I guess that who it was) comes to the window and says (again) that the pistachio latte doesn’t come with foam, so I said I said the advertisement sign shows that it does, the 5-6 other times I’ve ordered it here, it has, so I just wanted it that way again, she leaves the window and the drive thru cashier hands me some cold foam in a cup and the barista lady that was arguing with me says this is cold foam and if you come thru this drive again and order the pistachio latte and want cold foam, I will have to charge you $1.50. Like I was trying to pull a stunt to get free cold foam, or like I’ve done this same act before and keep doing it. So I drove off, and couldn’t stop thinking about the situation and how it could have been handled so much better, I don’t know why it’s eating at me the way it is, but it was so embarrassing and maybe that’s what gets me the most. Like why would I want to pay $13 for coffee for it to taste like crap and not be the one I ordered. She could have taken the coffee and added the salty buttery foam and the crunch I paid for, and didn’t receive, to the coffee and it could have been win-win for everyone. I’m never going back and will be letting my friends know and posting to facebook.

I enjoyed visiting all of the different coffee shops in the area, but this Starbucks has definitely put a foot in the right direction. The barista’s are super friendly and the inside of the Starbucks is super nice and comfortable inclining you to want to spend a workday there if you have the ability to with your job also all of the barista’s are super nice. They know me and my wife by name and almost have our orders memorized! I recommend going here, because it’s a super cozy and comfortable and a very welcoming environment!

I used to think Starbucks just wasn’t my thing… until I visited Starbucks – 1808 Harper Rd. One visit was all it took to completely change my mind. This location has officially won me over and is now my go-to spot for coffee and breakfast. The atmosphere is inviting, the place is spotless, the service is fantastic, and the staff is genuinely friendly and polite. If you’re looking to start your day on the right foot (and with a really good cup of coffee), I highly recommend stopping by — fair warning, you might become a regular like I did. ☕

I go to this location on a regular basis and every time i go inside to sit down the manager is always yelling at all of the employees, it’s almost impossible to sit down and peacefully enjoy my coffee and food. It is such a shame too because this location is so nice and plenty of space in the lobby. Some employees are nice but the two ladies i always see that are extremely rude to customers and employees I looked at their name tags and one is an older lady, short hair, name tag says Stacy on it. The other employee who seems like a manager, name tag says Jenny. The Stacy lady is always so stuck up and rude to me when I ask a simple question to her. The employees always look so miserable and stressed out, It is such a shame because this is a new starbucks in my area and it’s a lot closer to my house. The coffee is alright, food is good but employees and managers are awful and i will not be returning to this location again.

So I was at this Starbucks yesterday around noon. I went to order me a coffee and there was an older woman with short hair that was just being completely rude. I got my coffee and went sat down to start studying. She was also having inappropriate conversations, about men. So I just got up and left

The Chocolate Moose is way better! I recommend traveling a short distance right beside them for better coffee and a better atmosphere. Also you can support a locally owned business.
