I want to recognize an exceptional employee, Jamie McSweeny,
who was working the evening of February 7, 2026.
That night, a tractor trailer making a delivery to the store struck my vehicle in the parking lot and left the scene. It was incredibly stressful. Jamie immediately stepped forward to help. With his assistance, we were able to determine the driver’s next delivery stop, which ultimately allowed law enforcement to locate him.
What stood out most was his compassion. He came outside into the cold several times to check on me and provide updates. He gave me a broom and dustpan so I could clean up the broken taillight debris. He also thoughtfully informed me that Smoothie King’s parking lot had surveillance, which proved very helpful.
Jamie went far above and beyond. His kindness, calm demeanor, and willingness to help during a difficult moment made a lasting impression. Starbucks is fortunate to have him.

In drive thru coffee orders please train staff to
recognize the fine line between too little coffee and too much. I frequently get scalding hot coffee filled to the brim that ends up splattering all over me and the car. People who are driving don’t need cupeth to overfloweth.

Your drink will never ever be the same even if you order the same thing everytime you go. There’s no customer service on the app or website to state that something about your order is incorrect. you pay $8 for a coffee then it doesn’t even have the stuff in it you paid for. All I can say is after being a LONG time Starbucks customer, I am officially done with it for some time (this location anyways) thankfully, a 7Brew just opened across the street where the drinks are always made the same!
