Short staffed, can understand that however. The young worker talked about personal life and her twin that was born with obviously an acquaintance of hers. My order was ready at 5 min til 5. Didn’t get bagged until 515 while the young staff member seen 5 patrons waiting as she was very slow. When asked about just bagging up the order because it was already finished and melting, her supervisor rudely yelled at me telling me he would not tolerate it and would report me to door dash. I just simply asked if I could bag it and I understood the was busy. I was also parked in red zone due to no parking. Did not want a ticket!!! A late order!!! Melted drinks for my customer!!! Poor management to say the least. Im a lover of Starbucks, but this store lost business from me.

Was downtown for the parade tonight and the carolers came in to sing and said they had been in there every year. They were meant by bougie hostility by one of the team members who said that they would be disturbing the “coffee house vibe”. They left without issue, but if I hadn’t have ordered I would have just left.

I was there after the Christmas parade last night. A group of carolers came in and my kids were so excited….until the carolers were asked to leave by some stuck up worker. Seriously? A Christmas carol would’ve “ruined the coffee vibe?” Look around honey, it’s not NYC! There’s no vibe. Keep your overpriced hot chocolate, Bah Humbug to you Scrooge!

I love coming here as a college student to do my work and I stop by when I go to my art classes. A few months ago when visiting with my boyfriend and service dog I was pleasantly surprised when they asked a customer who brought their pet in (pulling at the leash and trying to get to us and barking/ whining) was asked to leave immediately upon entering and they stated that “only service dogs are allowed” I was so happy to see a business taking service dogs seriously and caring for our well being. As an anti-social person it can be hard to stand up for myself and before my partner could say anything the barista came to our aid! I’m just beyond grateful for the appropriate training and approach taught for service animals! Thank you, will come again!

I usually love going here to get my coffee, but today was a different story. It is over 90° outside and I was going in to get a refresher when I noticed it was the same temperature outside as it was inside. I look behind the counter and the workers are slammed with orders trying to keep up and looked exhausted from the heat. They did inform me that the air conditioner was not working and it hasn’t been fixed yet. Very great customer service despite the working conditions that were given to them, but it was definitely not a safe temperature for them to be working under.
Drink was great and will definitely be back if the air conditioning is working!

The omnipresent college town Starbucks. MacBooks, stacks of paper and FaceTiming with a latte. Pretty decent location, saw a fly inside the case of desserts which I did not like, but the service was friendly. Line definitely could’ve moved faster, thought the baristas were dragging their feet a bit. Has outdoor seating on Pullman Square, great setting to sit and enjoy downtown!
