Yesterday morning I came inside for coffee and was greeted politely and professionally by the employees. There was, however, a minor issue with the payment system that caused a 10+ minute delay in receiving my order.
After asking whether my order was still being processed or not, Michael, the manager on duty, proceeded to take quick action and resolve the situation amicably and with alacrity.
In a world of ever worsening customer service, I was pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated.
10/10 would come again.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for store manager, Michael, and his team. Regardless of being short staffed and playing phone tag for almost a month, they saved the day for our PTA by donating coffee to the elementary school teachers for teacher appreciation week. Not only were they generous, but super helpful and with wonderful customer service. It’s not often you get great service, let alone when it’s great service from someone donating to our local schools. Thank you so much Michael and team!

I have enjoyed visiting this location since it opened. Everything is always accurately prepared, prompt, and regardless of customization. Drive thru and walk in no issues. Love how they converted this pre-existing building into a lovely, roomy Starbucks space.

I have been a customer of Starbucks for years and this store since opened. Today I got the worst customer service. I simply asked if there were trash cans outside the store, the server looked at me like I was crazy and said they only have trash cans inside the store. Then shoved my order in my hands , slammed the glass door and proceeded to gossip about me to her other coworkers. I definitely won’t be going back.

Every single time I order my iced coffee ( cream 3 sugar , vanilla ) at this Starbucks location they do not stir it together for a $5 coffee it should come stirred ! They’re not friendly either . Every single time I have went to this one the coffee has been gross. Idk what the issue is it just taste like watered down flavorless coffee. The ratios aren’t right or something even if you specifically order it. I give it another chance every now and then just because of how close it is to home. But today’s the last time. Maybe start with learning the recipes correctly. Also how can you hand me a “shaken espresso” that’s very obviously not even shaken. Lol.
