This was a great visit to this Starbucks in Wytheville, Virginia. It is in a plaza with several other shops, but has a fairly easy access point and plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when one in my party had an allergy. They even replaced a food item for free after they accidentally made it with the allergy item. The place is clean and surprisingly spacious. Food was exceptional and drinks were great!

Shoutout to Daniel the barista!! His approach to my order and helpfulness was like a breath of fresh air. He has a great attitude and a kindness that I don’t see in many servers these days. He made my day! Oh and the pistachio latte was DELICIOUS!! Thank you to Daniel for the recommendation!

We took a visit here. Everyone was friendly. They worked with me with my questions related to the oat milk as I’m allergic to some gums.

I made a pit stop in Wytheville and swear it has to be the fastest and friendliest Starbucks this side of the Mason Dixon line.
We grabbed two drinks, and they were ready within one minute of me placing my order at the 7 they were delicious….a cappuccino and a latte. The staff here have definitely embraced the coffee, conversation, and community mantra that promotes coffee and Cafe culture as a means of bringing people together and self care, and I really wanted to stay here longer to meditate.
Obviously, while I visited around 5 pm on a holiday and it wasn’t too crowded, I can imagine the team here still managing a calming and peaceful atmosphere during a busy period.
I also loved the fact that they had a separate table for sale merchandise labeled from the regular price merch.
Kudos to the staff… I left this establishment feeling better and much more optimistic about the world than before I entered.

Stopped in for a coffee and a burrito during an early leg of my road trip. Service was prompt and professional. Even at such an early hour, the staff were dialed in and operating like they had already been at it for hours.

This place you can tell is under new crew, I am praying they get it together I try to give every place a second n sometimes third shot so went in there and still some issues but things seem to be getting cleaned up and turned around. I had to leave and walk out before ordering anything a customer by accident spilt their drink on me so I needed to go clean up. The help though from staff wasn’t not there and atmosphere did not seem welcoming but hopefully the new crew gets it together and things get better here. I love my starbucks drinks so I am praying the change up here does make a big difference sooner then later for sure.

I have ordered mobile several times and it’s not done when I get there in the estimated time on the app. Sometimes even after the time frame. I always have to wait and most of the time it is plain coffee. I went a few miles up the interstate and got better service. I hate to say after all these years at this location we may have to switch when we can. Sad……

Luis is bar far the best barista! He is all smiles! He is super friendly and very helpful! He needs to be a manger, if he isn’t one! He needs to be training people not only how to make yummy drinks but do it with integrity and with a smile! His customer service is TOP NOTCH! He makes me feel like a million bucks, even on a Monday!
