Love the vibe of this particular Starbucks. First timer but I might have to start coming regularly, the staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are good. I got a cold brew, Addy was very kind and recommended the drink, the drink was made quickly. The bathrooms are very clean which was appreciated. Some starbucks in roanoke seriously lack cleanliness but not this one, even the lobby looked freshly swept. Nice job.

Croissant was great, coffee is always great…but I’m a Starbucks fan.
Went through drive through..so not much atmosphere.
But went in to use restroom and it was the morning after the ice storm. Employees were shoveling ice and snow and even “gave me a hand” . What a treat. I will return again and again. Kindness goes a long way.

After a run I grabbed a bottle of water and used the restroom and chilled in the dining room.
Service was nice enough. I used my app which worked smoothly.
The dining room was clean and they offered comfortable seating. Although not a lot of seating it may be adequate. They also offered comfortable a drive-thru which was much busier than inside.
The restroom unfortunately needed attention, so a fail there,

Starbucks is my go-to for a reliable caffeine fix. The drinks are consistent no matter which location I visit, and I appreciate the variety of options—from classic lattes to seasonal specials. The pastries are always fresh, and mobile ordering makes it super convenient when I’m on the go. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it can get busy during peak hours, which means longer waits. Still, the quality, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere keep me coming back.

Does this look like light ice to you?!?! When am I going to learn not to come here anymore.Very inconsistent. My cold drink is either dark strong or extremely weak. I ask for light ice and sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t. Looks like they fill ice to the top and I get about a quarter of the actual drink for 6$. I’ve asked no ice and get a weak drink. Pls have a meeting with entire staff on how to make consistent drinks. I give up.

An amazing experience from entrance to exit. I tried all kinds of drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods.
The employee named Will deserves a promotion as he graciously helped me to feel at home, answered all my questions and explained how the rewards card and star points system works. Now I’ll be ready to test out my new skills next time I go in for a refuel!
I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location for anyone considering checking it out.

I love my starbucks, but this one was not a good experience for me. I ordered a grande flat white and a grande mocha cookie crumble with a shot of espresso. So, the flat white I had was gross, it tasted more like a coffee that was watered down. With flat whites I can always taste my coffee and see the foam. This one didn’t have any foam to it. It was just a coffee with no flavor.
