I was a paying customer with a pick up order and the bathrooms were locked. The staff saw me go that direction and come back. No one spoke to me until I picked up my coffee. There was an eldery gentleman at the counter trying to figure out how to use his app and I was being completely ignored. I do no appreciate being a paying customer and being ignored and not allowed to use the bathroom. And Im not taking my coffee in the bathroom. I will go to another starbucks next time where hopefully they dont ignore their paying customers who need to use the bathroom.

They get very busy in drive thru. Inside service is either quick or usually not too long of a wait. I visit weekly. I order on app. Figure they’d know my name by now. Same employees. Drinks are correct as well as correct orders

It’s a standalone Starbucks, so in terms of coffee and drinks, you know what to expect. It’s not a really good working environment inside… Just a few tables. They seem to have consistent problems with the online ordering app so the service at this Starbucks, which I visit frequently, is subpar compared to most. The workers are friendly, so no issues there.

This is the starbucks you want to be in. From the store manager to every employee, fast hours to slow hours, latte to mochas, they are the best! Patient, kind and witty (if you want them to be). Good peacful location, happy people.

Nice location with decent service.
Staff forgot one of the coffee we ordered.

Food flies were everywhere flying in the displays and around the store. When we told them, the staff said its not the food we serve, yet the flies and bugs were flying around inside and outside the display.

Suggest they clean the place up.
