This was our first time at this location, and it was great! It was about 5ish in the evening and still a smidge busy. The staff were professional and helpful. The interior was clean and military themed. (Location is right outside NMCP). Ordered a tall Green Tea Frappe, and it was good. Great experience…we’ll be back!

I decided to get a coffee after my doctors appointment and went to the drive-through. While going through the drive-through, I asked the cashier if they give out water which they replied, yes. I went to pay and chose not to tip. because of this decision, I had to hear snarky comments about giving me water. I didn’t drink the water because I felt like they did something to it. I will never go back.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been in there on a weekend with this different crew and the service is not welcoming. The don’t say good morning or welcome. I walked in today around 8:20 am no nothing I waited not even a good morning I’ll be with you in a second. As a restaurant manager I train my employees to acknowledge and understand. It only takes a second to say good morning I’ll be right with you please take a second to look at our new holiday items and I’ll be right with you. But not I waited then after 5 min I said YO GOOD MORNING. I WONT BE BACK WHEN THEY ARE THERE

This Starbucks is closest to me so it’s convenient. However they almost never get my order right and I get the same thing every time either the coffee is not what I ordered (the taste) or it’s half filled which is a problem because why am I paying six dollars for half of coffee? or the cookie is not warmed up like I asked. I think the part that makes me the most upset is that every time they try to substitute hot chocolate for everything like I can’t taste it It sucks so bad to want something and taste something completely different(Not a big issue, but most of the time I’m on the go and I would like it like I asked )The customer service is always top-tier though That kind of makes you appreciate them when they try to fix an issue. So I don’t know it’s a 50-50 chance with your food here but you will always get good customer service

Banice (sorry if i spelled it wrong) makes it all worth it. She’s the most cheery and professional service worker i have ever met. I think if i owned a business i would offer her a job on the spot. Wonderful person to see before a long day of work, and she’s the only reason i go to this specific Starbucks rather than make coffee at home.

I’ve been a regular customer and often order the iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha, always customizing it with no ice since I prefer my drink less cold. The team here has always done a great job with my order, and I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff are.
However, during my recent visit, I noticed a new staff member preparing my drink. It was made with ice and then discarded, and when I received my venti, the quantity was significantly less than usual. Since I always order a venti because I genuinely enjoy and consume a lot of coffee, it felt a bit disappointing especially because I paid extra for the larger size but didn’t receive the expected amount.
This is the first time I’ve had a less-than-great experience here, and I just wanted to share my feedback. I truly enjoy coming here and appreciate the consistency and service the team usually provides.

I could immediately tell by looking at it that my drink was wrong. I mentioned it to the lady at the window & she wasn’t happy. So I took the drink, tasted it. And just like I said it wasn’t right. So I went back through the drive through. The lady, again, was not happy & not at all friendly. It was missing chai. Her solution was to hand me a cup of chai & told me to add it to the drink myself. I never even knew that was a thing at Starbucks. I wouldn’t have been nearly as annoyed if the lady was the least bit customer friendly.
