I love going to this specific Starbucks location! I have one closer to my house but I travel the extra 5 minutes because of the staff, the environment, and atmosphere. Since going back to school, I’ve spent a lot of time going to Starbucks as a way to study and get some school work done. The staff are amazing, they have great interpersonal skills, always greets me, asks me if I need anything, checks on me constantly, and stay enthusiastic. I truly never had an experience like this with any other store and that’s all thanks to the good management they have. I want to highlight Ren, Zac, Kenya, Nicole, and Jess, amongst other employees. I love that this location closes a little later than the other stores and I’ve never had any issues. I love that the music is not overbearing and the temperature is always within par. I love how the setup is with the bigger tables, lounge areas, and my favorite spot counter on the corner where I can keep to myself. I only have good things to say about this location especially the staff, and for some who have posted a not-so-good review on their food/anything at all, one thing I could reassure you is that Zac, the manager, will always make sure I get my food and drinks right and will no doubt, change it to better suit my preferences if I wasn’t okay with it.

This was supposed to be a spinach feta wrap, not sure what I received. The bread was hard and as you can see from the photos I’ve attached, it is nothing like the picture. Will not be ordering breakfast from Starbucks again. This is an ongoing issue with multiple breakfast items.

Do you want to know why this Starbucks is rated so low? Read the following. Me:: can I get a large cold brew with light cream? Them:: OK so you want a Vente cold brew with extra cream. Fortunately, I was able to get out of line and cancel my order. After reading the reviews, this issue is common. Drinks made incorrectly, orders not complete, etc. My fault for not reading the reviews. At $15 an hour to pour coffee and reheat food, They have to do a better job. It’s obvious the training and management at this particular facility is lacking. Recommend going to the one in the Kroger shopping center. Much better.

Not sure why this store has low reviews, my experiences have been great. Im not a Starbucks person but received gift cards for Christmas. I’ve been here twice in one week..mind you there is a closer one to my house but that Starbucks is not as friendly. I liked my first interaction my first time here in drive thru, I didnt get his name but he worked New Year morning. Because of that, I came back today thru drive thru, Different people and they all just had such great service and attitudes while even with a long line. I definitely rather come here than the one that is closer to my house. Thanks for being so friendly especially after being I just got off a 12 hr shift, its warming to see. Ill probably be back tomorrow morning after work lol.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I wait 15-30 minutes for my drink and I usually and sitting there waiting for them to come take my order and it’s not like I order a lot I just get one uncomplicated drink and half the time my order isn’t even right it will be missing the cold foam or missing the syrup and it’s just super annoying. The staffed is nice but the service is just so slow.

Sticky gross tables and trash. Customer base is too loud and speaking weird. Don’t like this place at all. They fill my coffee cup 2/3 the way. I’m basically paying for half the coffee once the whip cream is gone. Workers are nice.
Also, asking for a tip in the drive through is ridiculous. I don’t know who thought that would be a good idea, but they should be fired. I’m not tipping in a drive through, this has gone too far.

Met with a potential investor and was able to have a very good conversation without breaking the bank. Even though the drinks are a little expensive, Nobody buys four or more “drinks”. Better than a restaurant/bar.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s the closest to my house so unfortunately I always choose this one, however, they consistently 10/10 times do not make a single drink right. Don’t bother customizing your drink because you will not get what you ask for.
