I drove by so I stopped in because I wanted something to drink and a little breakfast. I ordered a peppermint cafe mocha and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. My food was hot and tasted fine and the coffee was great as always. I was greeted after entering the building by a friendly staff and the seating area inside was also very nice and tidy. I would gladly come through this location again.

Sucks that they don’t greet anyone , just people they know . I stepped to the side to wait for a mobile order , I didn’t get greet except by this girl , I couldn’t get her name but it has an L and she was working at the cashier side instead of coffee , but I waited and watched employees just not look up or even just greet anyone until someone who I assume works there or worked there came in and they were ALL greeting her it happened with a few different customers who walked in . But whatever , there’s other Starbucks around I guess . Or coffee atleast where you don’t have to work to get a hi .

I ordered through Uber eats two days in a row to give them a second chance at the Starbucks on Battlefield and Volvo. The first day my order was wrong and the very next day as you can see they gave me Sara’s order instead of mine. Ridiculous customer service and the number provided online to call doesn’t work to speak with anyone. Obviously when ordering from work you can’t leave work and drive to get what you want and expect to get what you ordered. To give a second chance and get it wrong two days in a row is an obvious issue. Will NEVER order again!

Went here today I walked to register phone in hand ready to purchase gift cards and ice coffee the barista says well let’s do your coffee first I’m like ok ordered that then pick out 2 gift cards. I was ready to purchase never got asked do you have Starbucks app which probably isn’t part of her job just seems like common courtesy so that’s my fault 100% but what is not my fault is my cold brew ice coffee I requested lite ice and cup was almost filled with it as well as me tipping cash and not even getting a thank you! I’ll never spend money at this location again and I will never tip again with out verifying I’m getting not only what I asked for but what I paid for!
