My friend and I stopped at this location after leaving the gym to purchase our usual drinks. I visit Starbucks frequently and order the same drink every time — a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso — and I have never experienced any issues with my simple request until this visit.

My only request was for the drink to be fully shaken with the oat milk, as it is intended to be. I was told that this could not be done and that the drink had already been shaken, which was not accurate, as the espresso and foam were clearly separated and floating on top. I explained that due to having had gastric bypass surgery, I am unable to consume drinks that are heavily layered or overly concentrated with sugar, as this could cause serious health complications. Despite this, my request was refused, and the staff showed little concern or willingness to accommodate.

When we received the drink, it was still incorrect, and the sugar had not been added even after pointing out the issue. We had to return to the counter again.

Fortunately, a wonderful lady named Rhonda handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. She personally remade our drinks correctly, apologized sincerely, and even came out to thank us for coming in. Her effort to make things right, along with her generosity in offering cake pops, truly turned the experience around.

While I was disappointed with the initial service, I am very grateful for Rhonda’s exceptional customer service. She deserves recognition for her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Looking at the other reviews of this particular location, Im surprised! I’ve gone through the drive-thru many times and the service has always been friendly. The cashier’s are always pleasant and give good service, and my wait has never been long. I usually order a Pink Drink and it always turns out great !

I ordered a venti caramel brûlée latte and I also asked if I could get two gift cards and the drive thru line however, was told I had to go inside. Which wouldn’t have bothered me that much but the cashier had told me that they could’ve done it in the drive up line. They were just worried about drive-through times. so I had to carry my baby in her car carrier and my toddler inside so I would not inconvenience their drive-through times…I also stood there for several minutes waiting to be serviced for the gift cards because they were focused on the drive-through. I also asked if I could get a Venti water saying as I already had the coffee in the car which was never rung up on receipt so no order was placed. so I stood there waiting for a water and never addressed so I walked out. I also did not realize that my Carmel brûlée latte was made incorrectly. It taste like watered down steamed milk with some espresso but the caramel flavoring was not added and I do taste some hints of peppermint which should not be there.

They have a manager now after almost a year of being open. Expect great customer service and let the manager know in case you have a problem with your order, it will be solved right away.

I have visited this location many times. As another reviewer stated, this location is 50/50. My drinks are usually prepared correctly. However, the staff is exceptionally rude. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I think “never again.” There’s nothing like treating yourself to a $6 cup of coffee only to be treated like garbage.

We ordered a bacon Gouda egg sandwich and I must say I was very disappointed with this. I understand that restaurants can be busy and make mistakes but this was in the morning and I was the only one in line. The bacon even looks raw and like it wasn’t cooked properly. Also I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and the strawberries were nearly completely black! Was not a good start to the day!

As a person who goes to Starbucks almost everyday I would suggest to avoid this location. It is a 50/50 chance your drink will be made good (just the way you like and get at every other starbucks). I think the staff need a training refresher on how to make drinks.

I went by this Starbucks to get my family hot chocolate before looking at Christmas lights. When I pulled up to the ‘drive-through’ the staff member (female) said that they were closed. I asked what time they closed and she said “Now” and then chuckled… It was only 7:48pm and online it said that this Starbucks location was open until 8:00pm. The extreme laziness here is very disappointing. I sure hope that the franchise owner of this store is able to find some personal that is willing to work during the posted hours of operation.
