I go this To this Starbucks for almost 2 years, the guy, the Caucasian male tall guy. He is always very rude because I do have some specialized orders and he always tries to give me a hard time about it. I asked for less ice and he and a little more oat milk it literally tasted like straight milk and it was just absolutely horrible. The girl with the blonde hair was also very rude. Also, they had messed up my order so I went back and they remade it and again it just tasted like straight milk. They do not shake my drink or anything I come to. I’ve come here almost every day and I usually don’t have a problem but when ever they are working, they are very rude to me and I really don’t Appreciate that. You need to treat your customers better not OK. Seven bucks just to get straight oat milk

I have another Starbucks closer (pad near the mall) but this one is so easy to order on app to go and zip in and park. They’ve got their drive thru, diners, and mobile orders down to a science. I’ve visited many hundreds of Starbucks over the years and this is always my favorite.

I value convenience, which is why I keep coming to this location at Gaskins & Mayland. I love the staff, but the quality and flavor of the beverages are consistently disappointing. Today wasn’t the first time I’ve had them remake a drink—only to end up with something that’s just as bad. This will be my last visit to this location, I will travel a few more minutes to the Broad & Tuckernuck Starbucks.

This might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Which isn’t saying the others were bad. This one was just better. There is a new manager with pins on his hat, sorry I can’t remember the name, who says he loves a store with a drive threw and it shows. Five people and I challenge another five person team work as efficiently as they did while still being a delight first thing in the morning. I don’t know your names but hopefully you know who you are. Keep up the amazing work. I’ll stop by Gaskins anytime I’m near Short pump and want a delicious Chai Latte.

This is my favorite location! The staff remembers your name, your drink(s) and usually has smiles for everyone. And apparently on Tuesdays from 10:30 – 11:00 am they make a custom drink of their choosing. They call it “Tasting Tuesday”. Today we are having the “Wakandan Mudslide”. Goodness knows what’s in it but it’s delicious and most importantly, non-dairy. (yes, they make it your way). Always clean and helpful.

Always someone greeting you with cheer in their voice each visit through the drive thru and in person. The drinks are made with love. You can taste it. Never have I visited this location and my drink turned out disappointing. Quick service. Never have I had to return because something is missing or wrong. So many options for my breakfast run. Java chip my favorite. Gruyere egg bites yum. Double smoked bacon ,cheddar and egg sandwich takes one back. Chocolate croissant you name it! No trip to Paris needed.
