Today I sent my family, who don’t speak perfect English, to this store where they’ve been buying coffee for years. They’ve always received excellent service. But today, the store manager was disrespectful, humiliated them for not speaking perfect English, and gave them the worst service they’ve received in this store in years. I won’t go back to that place even if I get free coffee. Get this woman out of there, or she’ll ruin your business.

I get free treats with Starbucks every time I go. That’s just how many points I have. So I’m an avid goer. This one was good like any other Starbucks but when I shared my signature drink which isnt on the menu, the young lady shared how something else would be cheaper. She seemed a little frustrated but I didn’t take it personal I just repeated what I wanted and shared price wasn’t a factor in my decision. Overall though the place has that colonial vibe, was cozy and a few people getting some work done. It’s centered near the college so nicely placed. I’d go again.

Very accommodating, great customer service, and the best coffee money can buy. What an honor and privilege. I’ve been to many other Starbucks and this one is by far the best of the best. Oh and the blueberry muffins go great with a hot coffee, match made in heaven. The employees all deserve a pay raise!

My husband and I aren’t typically Starbucks customers, but we were given a gift card, so we needed much assistance choosing a coffee drink from their extrensive menu. We don’t know the difference between a cappucino, latte, etc. because we usually just drink drip coffee. Cass was helpful, patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time, and never rushed while assisting us with finding the perfect drink. My husband chose a Mocha Latte, and I had an Ethiopia with 1/2 Decaf and their own Sweet Cream. Both drinks were delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the service is friendly. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

People were nice. They skipped half our drink order so I had to go up and they had to backup and get it. I ordered 2 drinks and they put out one, gave them time and then had to ask and they had to figure it out.

The location is convenient. Parking on the street meant you had to walk to the entrance, but it wasn’t a problem. The interior was clean and tasteful but a bit noisy due to the open ceiling design.
The barista was very gracious and took the time to make dark roast coffee for us, which is our preferred brew. The service was fast, and accommodation was comfortable. Nice outdoor seating area for clement weather visits.
