I ordered my drink and waited 10 minutes as the associates waited on drive up & talked among themselves. I finally went to the counter & they said about my drink.. They said they ran out of whip cream & was making more. I said I just wanted my drink, which was nasty.it had been sitting on the counter, against the machines.. Missing coffee, whip cream, caramel. Will not go back. Was given no apologies or a fresh drink.

I always have a spectacular experience at this store. The people who work here are so sweet and amazing at expressing their individuality and making me as well as others feel welcomed. The store always looks pretty clean and well kept. I have never received an incorrect drink at this store, my experience obviously can’t speak for everyone, but they seem to be fairly consistent with their beverage quality.

Been coming here now for about 6 months and to me coming to a Starbucks is an experience and I have to tell you the staff is super friendly and the coffee is always spot on and if it isn’t they correct it. Unlike Starbucks pole green where if you don’t fit their “Woke” mold they discriminate against you. I have to say I’ve been very happy at this location always tip and will continue.. This is the first time I have ever been to a Starbucks and received poor service! There were eight workers behind the counter, about five cars in the Drive-Thru and nobody in the store. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge my presence to take my order, and then another 15 minutes to receive my venti white chocolate mocha. Most of the workers were just standing around talking while two of them were doing all of the work. Rutland Starbucks is a fail!
