I was extremely disappointed with this Starbucks. We stopped here because I had a 9 hour road trip ahead of me and really needed a coffee. I ordered two drinks, one for myself and one for my partner. I received his drink, but then stood there for nearly 30 minutes waiting for mine while many other customers came and went.
When I finally asked the barista what was happening with my drink, she cut me off mid conversation to say she was really busy and had a lot of drinks to make, which I fully understood. I don’t expect instant service, but after standing there for half an hour with no drink in sight, it was frustrating. I then noticed my drink sticker stuck to the side of the coffee machine. She apologized and explained the cashier was supposed to make it, and they remade it right away.
They did fix the mistake, and I appreciate that, but the whole situation was really discouraging. With such a long drive ahead of me and already wanting to be back on the road, it just wasn’t the experience I needed.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Destiny at Starbucks — seriously one of the nicest and most polite people I’ve ever met at any coffee shop. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made my day better.
Destiny took their time to make sure my order was perfect, double-checked everything, and still managed to stay super friendly even with a long line of customers. My drink came out amazing, and the whole experience felt extra special thanks to their kindness and professionalism.
If every Starbucks had a Destiny, the world would be a much happier (and more caffeinated) place.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve ordered this drink before at the Starbucks on Battle Hill Dr. and it was great. This time, it was completely separated and just really not good. I’ve been sipping on it anyway going down the road because I didn’t have time to have them remake it. I had ordered two because it was so good last time I wanted my boyfriend to have his own.
It also sat on the counter without a lid for several minutes before someone popped the lid on and called out my name. I didn’t think they were my drinks at first because they looked awful.

I waited 4 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and I was looking at them look at me. They were not busy then forgot my husband’s expresso and gave me a latte vs the macchiatto I ordered.
