Early this morning I visited this location I was in line but then I stepped out to let another customer go as I was undecided at the moment. I then stepped forward told the barista my order and he stepped away. I thought he heard my order and was going to make it then pay since he was the only barista. He literally walked away after I said the size and drink. He made the previous customers drink and I waited for about 7 min before asking me “did I want to order?.” He claimed I never said I wanted anything. I said never mind and walked out as I’m walking out he chuckled. I came back to clarify if this was some joke and he responded saying I didn’t order anything. It may have been a misunderstanding but to chuckle and show no apology just looking at me silly is not acceptable.

Very quick and nice STARBUCKS. The staff was very friendly and gave service with a smile. The food was tasty, and the drinks were right on pad with what we wanted. Since it has opened, we have made this our official Starbucks!

I really enjoy the service here and they’re all great workers! Usually I go in the mornings and I would like for them to open at the time it says on Google, which is 8am. Not 40 minutes after 8, it ruins my schedule, especially when I wake up early to grab a coffee quickly and go into work at 8:30am. It’s disappointing. I understand you don’t expect people to come in that early I guess? But still, if it says 8, open at 8.

My kids love it. But I have yet to get a good cup of coffee from here. It tastes old every time. I drink it black, so nothing to hide/help the taste.

Always on point here. Fast and friendly, love their eggies for breakfast. Got a couple reusable cups on clearance and was happily surprised to find out they were color changing!

Went into Starbucks to meet some friends for coffee in the evening. I ordered decaf coffee and was told they do not serve decaf. WHAT? Its the biggest coffee place there is. Apparently they don’t sell enough to make a whole pot. Well make a 1/4 of a pot. Then make another one. Also my friend ask if their hot chocolate was gluten free and the girl said “I don’t know”. That was it. Didn’t bother to find out either. Won’t be going back because what would be the point?

They have no idea how to properly make Starbucks drinks. The hot cocoa tasted watered-down and disgusting. Barista was not very excited to see another customer I get a whole lot of huffing and puffing when I walk to the counter. I will have to agree that Starbucks inside of a Kroger it’s not really a Starbucks. Sure it has the name but taste nothing like it.
