Every year, twice a year, our huge group of girls comes up into town from our camp ground and have made it our tradition. We come up and get it for all of the girls, and there’s a lot of them. I would say about 10 of us. We love supporting our local Starbucks! And thank you so much for creating so many amazing memories! Thank you! Drinks are also always great btw

I had a hundred points to redeem so I got my usual which is a tall dark roast and four shots of espresso into my personal cup. Not only did it seem to take longer than usual, almost 15 minutes, but when I got my coffee back it looked short meaning less than what I normally get. I asked the same person who I placed the order with are you sure that the four shots of espresso are in this one cup of tall dark roast coffee, she said yes she just poured them. Here are pictures of that coffee less a couple of sips that I took while I’m in the car, literally just a couple of sips. This is not a 12oz tall dark roast 12 oz plus a four shot espresso. The espresso often leaves a slight foam for a few minutes at the top, this one did not. Someone messed up royally or they just have really light pours on their coffee. I’m glad I don’t live here, visiting from out of town on business, can’t wait to get back home to my Charlotte Starbucks, they serve a tall dark roast and four shots of espresso correctly. Anyone visiting here should check your coffee levels before you leave.

We visited Starbucks located off of Rt17 in Gloucester Virginia for a quick stop on our way to the beach.
I would suggest the Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade if you are not looking for caffeine, but want a refreshing drink on a hot, sunny day at the beach. Very delicious and kind of fun to eat, with chunks of Dragon Fruit.
The bathrooms were clean and the service quick and friendly. There was a lovely little outdoor seating area that was a nice change from sitting during a trip in the car.

Still the worst Starbucks in town. Second time in a row that people don’t know how to use the POS machine. How are you going to let a Kroger Starbucks provide better service than an established store. Focus less on hiring people with dyed hair, and more on training the people with dyed hair. Can’t comment on the quality of the food or drink, when you can’t even get that far, since your focus is on the automated systems and the drive thru. Have the day you deserve, I will be going to the Hayes location, even if they mess up, they make it right.

Not the best experience here. Folks never called out my name. However they would call out others names here and there as they saw fit. Ended up going up to sort thru the drinks to see if ours was ready. And it was. The employees are slow and don’t give me the impression that they really care. Store is clean. However it’s not very well laid out. No clear indication as where to go to order either. All in all not the worst but not the best either.

When you order a Trenta with no ice and they give you a regular with instead but still charge you for the Trenta, and say this is how much you get if you order it with out ice, that’s a rip off. Oh, and they still put ice in it. So to recap i order the largest size you give me the smallest size saying it’s because I ordered it without ice and you still put ice in it, What logic is that? Will definitely be taking my money somewhere else.

The past year I completely stopped supporting Dunkin’, due to horrible customer service at one of their locations and the company not caring that it’s happening. In the meantime, Starbucks has continued to impress me! I recently met Autumn, my name too, and her customer service and personality made me a fan of Starbucks now for sure! It pays to be kind! Thank you Autumn, keep being amazing, and Starbucks kudos for employing great people!
