My daughter and I come in weekly, and I just have to recognize Jack for being absolutely AMAZING every single time! He consistently goes above and beyond with his kindness, positive attitude, and attention to detail. He remembers us, makes us feel welcomed, and always gets everything just right. It truly makes such a difference when someone genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Jack absolutely does!
I’d also like to give a shoutout to Tony for his help and great customer service as well. He is always friendly, helpful, and professional.
Terry is a rockstar as well.

I was traveling from Winchester to Roanoke and need caffeine so I stopped off here. This was such a cute little nook. There was no drive through so I was a little anxious but I went inside. The girls were really nice and they acted like they wanted to be there and weren’t inconvenienced by your presence. The store was adorable and they had everything so neat and the displays were great. I got a cinnamon pull apart and a caremel macchiato iced and it was so good! It actually tasted like coffee and not iced sugar it was perfect! The two girls were just so nice and I thought they deserved a shout-out for their hard work and excellent service.

Jack is hands down my favorite barista at Starbucks! He makes the BEST matcha every single time, is always so friendly and chill, and genuinely makes my day better when I come in. You can tell that he really cares about what he does and about the customers. Appreciate you, Jack!!
I also want to shout out Tony, who went out of his way to set aside red cups for us on Red Cup Day because we couldn’t make it early due to work and always come on our break. That meant so much and just shows what a genuinely kind person he is.

I order drinks from this branch almost everyday but I don’t know why they are not up to standard. The drinks taste bad and are diluted. Sometimes there is too much ice which is unbelievable.

Towed my car after being there for 20 minutes. It was my first time parking there and the worker left a handwritten note saying I couldn’t park there and towed me instantly. I went in to ask about it when I came back to my car being gone and the worker couldn’t even own up to it, instead blamed other businesses in the plaza. Very unprofessional and more focused on towing college kids then his job.

1 star is being WAY too nice.
Why is it so hard to follow someone’s order. Paying extra for cold foam and it’s barely even the normal amount… maybe got 1/8th of an inch of cold foam. Then when you bring it up to the barista I just receive attitude. Get it remade and basically got it thrown at me. Didn’t even want to say it wasn’t even a full coffee the second time around so my amazing man had to bring it in to get it fixed a second time and being afraid of what we’d get a second time — he just asked for the ingredients to fix it so that he could fix it for me.
If you’re looking for your coffee to be made — I’d go elsewhere — especially if you’d like your coffee without attitude.

The staff was very friendly and the drinks were yummy. I got the new shaken espresso but it was a little sweet. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The accessible entrance is on the side of the building as opposed to the main entrance as can be seen from my photo.

The coffee as always is good, but place was packed and service was slow. The poor barista, Xander, was the only one making drinks. I felt bad for him. My paitence was rewarded because my wife got pumpkin spice latte.
