I don’t like to leave reviews unless service is unsatisfactory, but I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for over a year and recently they have been slacking with my drinks. For the price I pay, I feel like my cups should always be filled to the top. On top of that, I tip too, so I don’t understand why lately my drinks are mainly ice! Make it make sense. I haven’t even taken a sip of my coffee because I’m upset this keeps happening to me.

We go here very often, and most of them know what we want as soon as I start saying, I would like too large etc. They have really started getting much more consistent with our drinks, and faster with their service.
