I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past year. Before this location opened, I used to visit their older stores. I’ve always tolerated inconsistently made drinks and occasional rudeness without ever complaining. I don’t like to come across as demanding or entitled.

On November 6, 2025, I went through the drive-thru and ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and a Sugar Plum Cheese Danish. I politely asked the woman taking my order to please make my drink with light ice. Her immediate reaction was irritation, she told me the drink had to be made “to standard” and couldn’t be made with light ice. I mentioned that other Starbucks locations have never had an issue accommodating this request. In an annoyed tone, she asked which Starbucks was doing that because they “aren’t supposed to.” I simply said “okay, no problem” and drove ahead to pay.

When I received my drink, the venti cup was filled to the brim with ice, clearly more than usual. I didn’t argue or complain. I paid and left. But honestly, it’s disappointing when people in customer service choose to be petty or unkind. I understand there are policies to follow, but deliberately making a drink that way out of spite ruins the experience for paying customers.

I wasn’t rude. I didn’t argue. I just wanted to enjoy my drink. Instead, I left feeling disrespected. From now on, I’ll continue placing my orders online to avoid unnecessary human interaction, because sadly, encounters like this have made it feel not worth it.

I came in on a Sunday morning between 11:00–11:30 to pick up my mobile order, which had nine items. The store had a good number of customers enjoying their drinks, and when I looked behind the counter—wow—they were busy!

Some of my order was already on the counter waiting for me, and while I waited for the remaining items, I had the chance to observe the team in action. I saw incredible teamwork and strong leadership. Bobby, the store manager at the time, was communicating clearly and effectively with the team, ensuring everything ran smoothly despite the rush.

I like the modern interior design here, and it’s a military family owned store. Employee here are friendly. I love the rich and thick Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino here.. I have to come to this store at least three times a week. I love this new store. Please keep up the good work!

Posting on behalf of my grandmother she went to the new Starbucks at this location to test how horrible being have been reviewing it recently. Here’s her decision!

“It’s full, it’s perfect.”

Also; the store was very clean inside. Then gentleman behind the counter on Feb 26, around 6:20pm, was kind enough. She received her drink in less than 10mins – this is with her ordering behind a group of 6. The drink was yummy, full, and beautiful.

Stafford; be patient with your service workers ❤️ be kind, smile more, live better!

I ordered the mango dragonfruit refresher and they made me the dragon drink TWICE. The girl at the window was very nice, I didn’t feel like waiting a third time for them to correct it. This drink has coconut milk and the refresher isn’t supposed to have any kind of milk.

This location loves to say “we just got that” for every mobile order. Today I arrived AFTER the estimated ready time and they still said it. I actually arrived earlier and decided to wait in the parking lot to give them extra time before joining the drive thru. It’s not my fault if the online ordering estimates are not accurate but I always wait until after the estimated completion time to even enter the drive thru. Their attitude is not necessary.

This Starbucks has become my daily spot, and it’s 100% because of the team here. Every single person behind the counter makes you feel like a regular from day one.

Damien always keeps the energy up and makes sure everything runs smooth. Matt is consistent, knows the drinks, gets it right every time. Kayden is genuinely friendly in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Lali goes above and beyond; you can tell she actually cares about the customer experience. Emma is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. And Hailey brings the energy and keeps things moving even when it’s busy.

I’ve worked customer service before, so I know how rare it is to have a whole team that’s this solid. These folks deserve recognition. Keep doing what you’re doing.
