I absolutely appreciate the morning team at this Starbucks. Their energy is always incredible and makes my day start off right. From the woman who was cleaning the window outside and still took the time to greet me, to Carlos giving me a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, and Anne taking my order with such sweetness and a little small talk that helps brightened my morning , the service is just amazing. I usually go out of my way to visit another Starbucks drive-thru, but I don’t even mind coming inside at this location because the team here makes it worth it. Truly an outstanding group of people who make a simple coffee run feel special. I thank you all.

Kayla and the Asian guy who had one black sweater or hoodie didn’t greet me when I walked in to the register to place my order instead they had me waiting for them to finish up with their conversation and I guess their were counting money in front of paying customers. Once they noticed I was standing there. They didn’t even apologies or say hello instead they said what I can do for you with very nasty rude tone like I am asking for free stuff. Their customers service was horrible. Kayla tone was very nasty and i walked out there and went to Dunkin instead got the best customer service and the best Carmel Macchiato. Your employees need a lot customer service training and manner.

I hate to be hard on this store because I’ve been coming here for years, and the employees are spectacular. But today, my drink was missing a significant portion… im just upset because it’s not worth what i paid for. This order had no customizations, and is straight from the menu, so I don’t see why it would be frustrating to make. It’s just very upsetting, since it’s a beloved location:(

I just left from this establishment which is my neighborhood establishment and the employee that’s handing out the orders and calling people’s name is probably one of the rudest people I’ve encountered on a Friday morning. He needs a little bit more training on customer service. Maybe if he wasn’t so busy chit-chatting With the friends coming in he would be a little bit more cognizant of the people in front of him waiting to speak to him.

Best Starbucks I have been to! I started frequenting this location in the early mornings and their baristas are amazing! Great customer service and very friendly. This is now my go to coffee location because the early morning crew makes my day!

I ordered an iced white mocha at 10am through the app. Order was suppose to be ready by 10:10. I was standing in the store 30 minutes later and order still wasn’t ready. They need to update their mobile order system or just don’t except mobile orders. 30 minutes and counting for one drink is ABSURD.

I was very sad when my favorite Starbucks in Kingstowne next to Hallmark closed. Today I noticed the new location!! Its setup is very similar to the old location but feels more open, spacious and modern! I am so happy and will be coming here most weekends now to do some work and drink my favorite pink Mango Dragon Fruit drink.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited.
The staff are kind, generous, friendly and eager-to-please. If a mistake is made on your drink, they are eager to fix it. I have never had to wait longer than my app tells me to wait for my drink. It’s always ready and, if it’s not, they will look up my name in the computer by pickups to see what the problem is (I have ordered at the wrong location before…woops). If you order a “for-here” cup, they will bring it to your table for you, even if they are busy!
They know most of their customers and their orders from memory and write the most lovely messages on everyone’s cups.

The atmosphere is warm, clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). Many of the customers are regulars and have gotten to know each other, even care for one another.

There is always room to sit down when you visit and there are plugs available to plug in your laptop, phone, etc.

I spend between $300 to $400 a month on coffee and food at Starbucks and drive out of my way, in order to visit this location.

Kudos to the management team and the baristas, you are doing an amazing job, keep up the good work!
