At this particular Starbucks, they don’t display the coffee stirrers for guests. You have to specifically ask for them. When I inquired with one of the employees about this, she politely explained that their manager had made the decision to keep them out of sight. I’ve noticed that most Starbucks locations typically have coffee stirrers available for customers to use. I find it frustrating that, in addition to the $7 price tag for a cup of coffee, I also have to ask for a simple stirrer every time I make a purchase. It seems like a small but unnecessary inconvenience.

I have been driving over for about 6 months now and I have been to coffee shops all over the DMV. This Starbucks is consistently the best and it’s not even close!
When people think of Starbucks they think of almost its own type of culture and this Starbucks exemplifies that better than other!
In this current day of horrible customer service, this Starbucks stands alone in providing fantastic customer service! Thank you to all!

So it is 2:43 PM on November 21st 2024 I ordered a Vente iced caramel macchiato when I asked for a refill I was told I couldn’t get one on iced caramel macchiato when the thing says you get a free refill but the young lady the perky slightly chunky one said I couldn’t, but the thing says on the advertisement you can get a refill on any drink hot or cold and since I got a iced caramel macchiato, she told me I couldn’t. She didn’t want to scan the app. She didn’t wanna do nothing the one time that I wanna do it, I can’t because somebody doesn’t wanna make me one and I Paid for my first drink, but they wouldn’t allow me to get the second one. She lied and I know it. I am a bit disgruntled by that experience
