Usually have the greatest experience here but today my family and I had a very condescending customer service experience with Will and Meg. Will was extremely irritated as soon as we walked up to the counter. There was a lot of eye rolling and huffy and puffing as we ordered and once we received our order many of our items were not fully cooked nor cooked to our request. My family was hesitant to say anything because of his already not so friendly customer service but I decided to say something anyway. And when I did he was very argumentative and was only interested in what he had already done not offering a solution. When Meg approached the situation she explained the couldn’t take the food back for bacteria purposes but a new one could be made. Which i got but was also like obviously you can’t take it back just offer me another one from the beginning. I’ve never had so much dialogue about fixing an order drink or food at any Starbucks. Once he remade my food it was burnt to a crisp and not even edible. I asked for my food to be cooked thoroughly not burnt. So now I took it as Will attempting to be sarcastic condescending and rude. I understand everyone has an off day so I’m hoping this could be used as a coaching moment for both Will and Meg especially with Meg being a manager. As someone who was recently a top 11% spender in the entire nation with Starbucks I do have an expectation for service and product and today was not it.

Went here as a starbucks partner and didn’t care for the environment at all. My cashier was nice and a little confused on how to apply my discount WHICH IS FINE but when he brought over the manager.. not a very person. questioned me about where i’m from when i already showed my ID for the discount. Just not pleasant and not what we strive for as a company. Please do better. The rest of the crew didn’t even look up or look happy when i thanked them for my order.

This is a great Starbucks spot for getting work done.
The atmosphere inside is incredibly relaxed, the music is low-key and non-distracting, and I loved being surrounded by other people focused on working, writing, and thinking.
Plus, the customer service is fantastic, especially Rick, who was wonderful.

Good service. Fast. Friendly. Nice atmosphere. There are only six tables so it may not be the best place to try to settle in to work, but if you’re just looking for your regular Starbuck’s fix, it’s good to go.

Shorty White barista with black/brown goatee is a bit rude. Doesn’t say how are you. Doesn’t smile. Just glares at you with no expression. Ordered a croissant and he wouldn’t even hand it to me before he headed to the back. Took it out of the oven and then handed it to someone else to hand it so me. Not great to have unfriendly staff at your local Starbucks. On a positive note, there is a young South Asian lady who works there and is so wonderful (polite, detailed).

My recent visit was deeply disappointing. The cashier was openly demanding ‘thank yous’ from her coworkers one-by-one, creating a tense and visibly uncomfortable environment for the entire staff and all the customers waiting. This behavior not only slowed down service but also created a very negative atmosphere. On top of that, I was asked to scan my own items at the register, which seemed unusual. Dunkin or Wegmans from here on out. Bless the service staff for their patience

Ive wasted so much time here as a driver because they mark an order has ready and then I stand there and wait 15 min after being met with an attitude from 2 employees. Thanks for taking money out of my pocket and wasting my time

I love this Starbucks MAINLY for the William. He is so nice like genuinely the most amazing barista I have had I think ever lol. I come back for the atmosphere here because it is calm and relaxing and the long window booth is very comfortable and it’s easy to work here.
