I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location because the staff is incredibly kind. A week or two ago around 5 a.m., I realized I had forgotten my card, and they genuinely tried their best to accommodate me and help with my order. They were so sweet and understanding. I don’t go to Starbucks often and only stopped by because I had a gift card, but their kindness really stood out. I would definitely come back because of the people here.

20240516 Wow! I haven’t been to this shopping center in years, and Starbucks was gone!! It was next to Giant. As I was driving out of the parking lot… Starbucks was in front of me! Oh, they moved!! The baristas are so friendly, and they look happy, too. I love the vibe they give out. The Honey Citrus Mint tea was good.

A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place.
This location gets 5 stars for my nitro cold brew drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well – tight lid, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)
The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Just have to saw WOW – everyone working was super nice and each one said hello. Not as a big group thing either, it was personal and they meant the greeting. Just wow.
The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day.

Absolutely loved my visit to this location today. CT was my barista and he was just so friendly and kind to me and my Littles. Drinks were 100% on point. I will definitely be back.

Very disappointing that they are making drinks touch dirty counters, rags, etc and touching the tops of folks drinks barehanded. I asked one of the counter servers about wearing gloves and she said “ we don’t wear gloves”..I asked her to put gloves on while putting lids on the drinks for my family and I & she seemed a little resistant…that’s a reasonable request if you’re not going to wash your hands after touch dirty surfaces…

I visit this Starbucks with my pup 1-2 times a month to treat him to a pup cup! I have to say, this Starbucks has the friendliest drive-thru and the employees are all so sweet! They were out of pup cups one time and saw the sad boy puppy face on my dog and gave him blueberries instead 🙂 Thank you for being so friendly and kind!

It’s disappointing driving up to this location and you’re stuck in drive thru because they only have ONE ESPRESSO MACHINE WORKING. This isn’t the first, second but yes, the Third. Then getting to work late when you arrive 30 min prior.
