Thank you greatly to the team here. Staying vague, life has been a bit rough and I’ve been coming here to do school work as I started college classes recently, having graduated HS in 2006 it’s a bit overwhelming and sitting here today struggling to get some assignments done. I looked at the cup and noticed the small little crabby crab drawn on. I couldn’t help but laugh and feel a sense of relief. It’s a slight reminder that no matter what, it costs nothing to be a good person and little things really matter.
Every time I have come here the place has been clean and well maintained, the team has always been in great high spirits and any item I have received has been above the expected standard.
I highly recommend taking a 5 minute break from your day and coming in to enjoy a cup rather than running through the drive through. We all can afford a 5 minute break

If the phone wasn’t off the hook, I would’ve been able to call, however, it rang busy FOR HOURS. I did call corporate and because your drive-through lady didn’t ask to use my rewards card, to which I totally forgot, they were not able to help me with the refund and proceeded to tell me to come back into the store.
*THEY (both another location near here and corporate) said you have no manager, you’re understaffed and they’re hearing a lot of complaints from the specific location, additionally.
After all of that, and after my appointment I was at, I went into your store and you took care of it then.
This is a lot of steps to have to take as a consumer and a customer of your product to get the thing that they ordered the first time, made properly.
