This is a 5-star location. Much of the experience is the same no matter what store you visit, so it comes down to the staff. I order a ☕️ and they were “out” of what I wanted.

The young lady behind the counter could not have been more gracious about it. Instead of saying she could not make what I wanted, she immediately offered an alternative and I was sold. So we’ll done. As was my beverage.

They are a college town store, so wait times can be longer than usual.

Yesterday I had came in around 9 am and had a very good coffee!! However, there was a man who I believe to be the manager that was extremely loud to the point where I had to leave. I feel bad for the other customers and staff that had to deal with him.

I’ve been to this location 3 times since I moved here. I only bumped it up to two stars because you are able to order ahead on the app at this location which always bodes well with me. Visit one: short wait. Staff pleasant enough. Order wrong, but didn’t realize until I was home. No big deal – it was a cheaper drink and things happen. Visit two. I waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. Inside was closed. Drink was over $6 and completely wrong, but zero way to alert anyone to the issue because I couldn’t go inside and I wasn’t waiting another 35 minutes in line. Third, and last, visit. Waited in line 40 minutes. Inside was open but this parking lot is an absolute nightmare, plus my baby was with me so I really didn’t want to take her out. Drink is wrong again. This time I decide I’ll pop Inside, but because of how the parking lot is and how long the line was there was no way for me to even get to the parking spots, so I had to leave again with more wasted money invested in drinks made wrong.

Nailie is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for coffee!! I never used to buy Starbucks coffee but now I do. However, some of the ladies lack being nice friendly or with smiles / rude, It makes you feel very unwelcome.
Nailie Is fast professional kind courteous attentive caring and puts the customers first! I would never know if she was having a bad day because she always smiles and takes her time to make sure orders are exactly as I ask. I always have my drinks customized being the fuss-spot that I am as a business owner and Nailie makes sure that I am happy. She deserves the highest commensurate and recognition.She concentrates on her work and while I wait for my order, I observe how focus she is in making sure that customers are happy with their order. Nailie makes my day and I really appreciate her working there because of her I won’t go anywhere else to buy a Starbucks coffee. I hope she never leaves!!!!

Good coffee, as usual, but service was less than friendly. No hello, no smile. I brought my own tumbler and was told ‘put it in this bucket, I can’t touch your cup’. And it’s fine if that’s the policy, I understand and have no problem with it at all, but the way it was said made me feel like I’m forcing them to touch something dirty. Just unpleasant.

I’ve always come to this location but I came yesterday and was disappointed. My drink was so bitter and I always get the same drink so I know the sweetness. I asked for another because it tasted so bitter even after stirring it. The barista that remade the drink was nice about it. The heavy set guy with glasses when I ordered my drink today was super rude. No hey or nothing. I just told him to be blessed. I will not be returning to this location.

Tonight at Starbucks, we stopped to grab a quick sandwich. As my husband went to pay, the cashier asked if he wanted a receipt, he declined, and she met him halfway with the debit card reader. He noticed the absence of the tip option and just assumed she hit zero before handing the card reader out the window. He tapped his card to pay for the sandwich and noticed that she was covering the screen with her hand so he then requested a receipt for the transaction and found that she gave herself a $5 tip on a $5.27 sandwich. When he went inside she denied doing this, stated it is not possible, and then told my husband he would have needed to select it. (I am able to confirm that no tip screen populated to give him the option.) The other employee said they were the manager and refunded the amount before performing a separate transaction for the sandwich.

If you have been through this Starbucks recently, I recommend you always get a receipt to verify the final amount of the purchase and verify the final amount on your bank statement. Tips often don’t go immediately on the amount that shows up on your bank statement so you might need to check a few days later to verify.

I would also encourage Starbucks to audit its tips and tip percentages at this location. I can guarantee that the combination of no receipt + this employee + drive-through is going to generate a pattern of higher-than-average tip percentages.
