Hands down thee best Starbucks I have and will ever go to. They ALWAYS fix my coffee perfect every time. The atmosphere is a nice, warm, welcoming one and always love coming in there to see everyone!

I stopped by the Starbucks off West Patrick, right next to Gogiya Korean BBQ. The store itself was clean, busy, and efficient, which I appreciated. My drink was ready quickly once I figured out the process.
That said, the customer service felt a bit lacking. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged I was there. The staff all seemed very focused on their tasks, which made the atmosphere feel a little standoffish. At one point, I wasn’t sure if my drink was ready and had to wave someone down—only then did they explain I needed to take another step to finish my order. Everyone was polite, just not very welcoming.
Overall, the location gets the job done and moves fast, but it’s missing that friendly, personal touch that makes a big difference. For that reason, I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5.

I come here fairly frequently because of proximity. I order the same drink every day.
About 25% of the time my drink is correct. The other 75% of the time it’s short the extra shot (that I paid for). This is regardless of whether I order ahead or at the speaker, whether I tip ahead or don’t, or whether they’re busy or not.

I came through the drive thru this morning and was having a hit of a rough morning. I came up to the window ready to pay and as soon as I go to give the associate my money I hear a girl behind me yell, “I love you John!” He made my day by giving me my drink this morning as a nice gesture. I told him, “I can see why they shouted I love you!” Hahah you’re the best John! You made my day, I love you!

The tall blond viking makes a good latte and is friendly. Also last time I forgot to tell them iced latte and of course recieved a regular latte and told the other guy my mistake. He promptly poured it out and put an iced latte in my hand in less than a minute. Great crew guys stay white ok?

20231231 The baristas are very polite. They didn’t have the peach to make the honey citrus mint tea. Initial they recommended boiling some peaches but we decided to go with it. It turned out the honey is what makes the tea good, in my opinion. The tea was still good. They have the Maryland been there mugs, if you are looking for it. I already got mine long time ago.b
