I always have a wonderful experience at this Starbucks, but my most recent visit truly stood out. Barista Kee created a custom specialty chai tea drink for me, and it was absolutely perfect thoughtfully crafted and delicious. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was just right.

It’s interactions like this that make this location so special. Every visit is a great experience, and Kee’s kindness and skill made this one exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve visited this Starbucks almost everyday during the week/weekends and their service/drinks are always PERFECT! But I would love to point out that there’s a barista in this location that well deserves some recognition. This girl is absolutely the BEST barista ever – the Brazilian girl with the cute accent is always super nice, pays very close attention to detail and her drinks are always made perfectly, in fact, I’d pick her every single time to make my drinks if I could!
Keep being awesome Starbucks and don’t ever get rid of that girl!

I really hate leaving reviews that are negative but unfortunately the same thing has happened to me with a particular barista numerous times. Every interaction I’ve had with this barista (younger male with glasses) has been negative, if I’m picking up my order via drive through I always say good morning…I get nothing back, I say thank you have a good day…I get nothing back and he just slams the window closed. If I’m picking up an order inside, everyone else’s name gets called when their drink gets put out at the pick up counter…but without a fail if it’s mine he won’t say it so I literally have to sit directly near the pickup spot inside to see if a cup with my name gets put out. Today particular annoyed me bc this is also how my drink came out… mind you at the time of this photo I hadn’t taken a single sip. I usually always do a mobile order to make things easier for myself and the barista and I never order anything complicated along with the fact that I always try to be so kind to the baristas bc I know they work hard, I truly don’t know what the problem is. I gave a 2 star bc when I have any other barista their always pleasant and make a good drink, I just had way too many negative experiences with this person so sadly it outweighs the other experiences I’ve had.

The only reason this is even getting 4 stars from me is because of Brandy. I get my coffee order the exact same every day and if she’s in the drive through window or like I had to go in to today and have her specifically make my coffee after two other employees made it and handed me the nastiest drink I’ve ever had from here she re did it and it was EXACTLY PERFECT like I get typically on the daily. So thank you, Brandy. You’re highly appreciated from a coffee addict. Also, on another note, the other employees are unfriendly, uninviting and clearly show they don’t care about what they’re doing, so it’s obvious customer service careers are not for them.

Love my Starbucks and we love brandy from here. Keep that gem because that’s the only good one you have.

I have been to many starbucks but this is by far the best one i have ever been to. I come here every morning. The staff here is super nice and they have never messed up any of my drink orders. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. I highly recommend anyone to give this location a visit.

Usually its pretty ok, customer service is good on slow days but the past couple of times with them being in a rush , and just starbucks in general, quality has gone down hill, terrible “caramel latte” I received, and $18 for both mine and my partners drink??’if im paying that much please dont make my coffee as bad as my morning. I didnt sleep but was hopeful coffee would help. Heck no. This abomination I received tastes like pure milk and watery burnt espresso. Come on. ‍♀️

No eye contact, you have 4 people involved with one order. This is the chestertown one. I wanted my half decaf half hot cocoa, she was charging me for 2 full cups, nty. The pesto breakfast sandwich was greasy. Your sweet treats are good but over priced.

I placed a mobile order. I did not receive all my items. I was told that they were sold out of the item I wanted after my bag was handed to me. I was also told they could not refund my item and I would have to go through the app to handle a refund. I suspect I will never see that refund. In addition, I had to go in because the girl at the window did not give them to us. Also when we got home , we realized another item in our order was missing. This is ridiculous. The food and drinks are too expensive to not have better customer service than this. I am very dissappointed.
