Hello, I work in delivery. I accepted an order from this store and when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes. The workers did not pay attention to me or other delivery drivers. The coffee was just sitting on the counter, but they didn’t put it in a bag or hand it to us.
Why do we have to wait 15–20 minutes for a simple coffee order that is already prepared for pickup? What kind of service is this?

We just visited this place and first we made a mobile ordered for brownie, they just packed that in a bad and we had ti ask again to warm it up. Then one of my friend ordered a frappuccino, they made us wait for like 15-20 minutes.
There was no customer before us and none after us.
The guy brought choco chips for the drink from inside and suddenly he stopped using his mobile and talking to other lady employee. They stood at the same place doing nothing and using their mobiles. Its would have been fine if they were busy in work or worried about something. They were literally laughing while using the mobiles.
The drink which we order takes less than 2-3 minutes to be made.
And the manager can check the camera to verify this thing the can be seen using mobiles while 4 people were waiting for their drink. 30 Nov , 7:40 – 8:00 pm.

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and it smelled and tasted like acetone (nail polish remover). Spit it out immediately. The pink drink I also ordered had the lid fly off when i went to take my first sip. Pink drink was at least half decent and didn’t taste like it was going to kill me. I really need to stop going to this location.

Asked to cancel the order because it was taking way too long.
1/2 my order was made sitting on the counter,
I was waiting for my White Chocolate Mocha after (3) Walk-Ins customers came inside, placed their order, received their order, and left while I’m still waiting for mine to be made.
Used the restroom 1st,
So the Irritated/Horrible Attitude Server had at least (6) minutes to make & complete my mobile order.
Store was not busy with customers.
Then, when I asked if my order was ready while he’s having an entire conversation,
Server gets irritated because I’m interrupting his conversation with the new trainee/co-worker.
Server starts making my order without knowing that it’s not a standard/regular White Chocolate Mocha with regular milk.
So, you start rushing making the order without reviewing my order, and when I inform you that it’s made with coconut milk, while you’re pouring regular milk, you catch an attitude and get irritated and tell me, “Well I was just trying to make your order since you didn’t wanna wait for the order to come through.”
What? Excuse Me?
1/2 my order was already made sitting on the counter “HomeBoy/HomeGirl.”
If you would’ve stopped running your DSL you could’ve/should’ve made my order while the 1st half of my order was already made sitting on the countertop
The District Manager needs an SERIOUS OVERHAUL for this location!
HIRE A CLEANING CREW TO SANITIZE & THROUGHLY CLEAN UP THIS LOCATION!
Restroom is NASTY!
Store countertops, floors, walls, tables & chairs need to be HOSED DOWN with:
HOT/BOILING WATER,
BLEACH,
DETERGENT,
PINE-SOL & FABULOSO!
Coffee, syrup, crumbs ALL over the countertops, floors, & tables!
When was the last time anyone mopped the floors!?
BACTERIA & GERMS IS DEFINITELY ALL OVER THIS STORE LOCATION!!!
I wouldn’t be surprised if this location has RATS , MICE , & ROACHES

This is not a complaint. I understand that with the amount of work done every day, mistakes can happen unintentionally. Just a reminder to check your customer orders carefully. My order was for Summer berry refresher, add “extra strawberry Acai”, but it seems they defaulted to “add extra starbucks refresher”. Picture 2 is the correct color.

I have been visiting this location daily ever since. As I come through the door, I’m often greeted by name and today, by the manager with my latte in hand. I believe his name is DaVonte’. Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location. The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to be shaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses and her name is Kristen. I have my own retail store so I understand the magnitude of having these kind of people working for me here. It’s possible that she isn’t normally this way but I don’t think she works too well under pressure. I’d also like to add that I waited over 13 minutes for a tall ice coffee (black no milk or sugar). That was the least of my worries though. I value customer service over all.
