I stopped in today to buy my drink and enjoy it in store, however there was yet another instance of someone’s belongings blocking the spot where customers can sit. At the time I stopped in, all of the other seats were occupied with customers. This is a very disturbing pattern that keeps happening, and it really should not be allowed to continue happening.

I had the pleasure of stopping in this Starbucks to kill some time. Very glad I did! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager and the DM for this location. Every one was very nice and pleasant. I now have a new favorite Starbucks location and drink. See you next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and recently there have been two baristas who truly deliver immaculate service. One is Jess, he was absolutely amazing! The other is Brooke. Every single day I come to Starbucks, she’s there, and her customer service is top-tier. She always has a smile on her face and makes the experience even better.
I just wanted to make sure she gets her flowers, because she truly deserves them. ☕✨

Parking lot difficult to enter and exit. Cramped. Was waited on promptly upon entering. Received sandwich promptly within 3 min. Coffee drink took 25 minutes to receive. 4 employees present. Staff serving very busy drive through window. Atmosphere nice. Not a good place to meet for conversation..too Cramped, too small considering busy traffic area really should be drive through only with clear driving path in and out.

Whoever worked there today does not know how to prepare oatmeal? I ordered oatmeal and got less than half of the container of oatmeal and it was extremely dry and tasted questionable. Do better, thank you.

The place seemed like it had seen better days. It was early in the morning and I wanted to sit by the window. The counter was dirty. Seems like they were only concerned with the drive-thru. I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. It was just OK. I was kind of disappointed because I’d been wanting to have the Double Smoked sandwich and a café mocha for a while. Maybe I will seek a local coffeehouse instead.

This Starbucks has horrible customer service. They have gotten my order wrong several times. I always get the same order caramel macchiato with oatmilk no foam and only 1 pump of vanilla. I usually just trust that I was given the right order but unfortunately today I was given the completely wrong drink. And when I went inside to get my order done correctly I was still not given the right order. I usually enjoy Starbucks but they have completely ruined the experience and the workers are a poor representation of this business.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I mobile ordered two grilled cheese and I watched as the blonde girl made two and proceeded to tell the smaller girl with locs to tell me that I could only receive one and a refund for the other rudely. I waited a long time and spent a lot of money on grilled cheese. The least she could have done was compensate me and apologize. Poor service would not recommend coming here.

There seriously needs to be some kind of traffic control fir this Location. I almost was hit while trying to access the drive thru line from York Rd and cursed out after I waited for 25 minutes to get in line. There is no way to “go around”. Called to ask for help as it was happening and was hung up on. Never visiting this location again.

The microaggressions were so real today. I placed my mobile order while waiting in line, and when I approached the intercom, I let the guy know I had just placed an order. He then asked, “Will we normally make you wait 10 minutes before getting in line?” I don’t understand. What’s the difference between me making my order on my phone and telling him at the intercom if I’m already in line and it’s a mobile order? Wouldn’t you just start it immediately? No, they said, “Well, we may have to make you go around if it’s not ready.” Does that make any sense? Why would I need to go around if it’s not ready? If I’m telling you I’m here for the mobile order I just placed. Furthermore, he kept mispronouncing my name. It’s Syonah. He kept saying Samaya. There’s no M in my name.
